2nd week in Dec. ADRs

We are going to WDW the second week in Dec. (8-15) and I was wondering?

I am going to make ADRs, but do I need to do it 180 days out for this time of year. Don't respond if your just going to rip the dining plan. Thanks.

I was going to wait til like 100 days out, will I be disappointed? We are probably going to try to do like 5-5:30pm dinners.

If it were me, I'd make them at 180 days. They're free and you can always change or cancel them later.

With the popularity of the dining plan, the prime seats at the prime restaurants go quickly at the 180 day mark.

So that's why I would make them (and feel better that I had them), and then change them as I get closer if I need to. And if what I want at 100 days is not available, at least I have my original ADRs.

We are going the third week in Dec (15-22). We will be booking our ADR at 180 days so that we can get the times and the resturants that we want. The most popular resturants fill up fast so I would make them at 180 days and if you need to change something at 100 days out, then do so.

Depends also on where you want to eat. If you want to eat at Le Cellier for instance then you had better make it at 180 days. If you know where you want to go then you should go ahead and make them. Like Bob said it's free, you can always cancel, and that way you won't be disappointed.

Due to Candlelight Processional pkg @ epcot, it's a near necessity imo.

It's a popular time; you can always adjust them later to suit your needs.

We are going the same week as you and yes I will be making all our ADR's 180 days out! It's a popular time and I'm not going to chance it. There are specific restaurants and times I want and I want the best chance of getting them!
