2nd bday help- red, blank and white Mickey items...

Hi, there!
It's been a while since our Disney trip, and DD is STILL obsessed with Mickey- can I blame her? So, looks like we will do a Mickey/Minnie theme birthday party. I looked through some threads/pictures for help, but it is so overwhelming.
We would like to use traditional red, black and white theme ideas. I am looking for an invitation, water bottle labels, and any other ideas for this party.
Also- if I find a blank template that I want to use for something, how do I personalize it? Sorry, somewhat computer inept here...

Any suggestions or links to ideas/templates would be absolutely wonderful!
