I have answers to some of my questions when I called directly the Disneyland Ticket number and would like to share it.
The eTicket do not have names on it. She also suggested my friend from SoCAL can enter my email address instead of his, that way no forwarding of email necessary. It looks like Disneyland checks the Billing Address used when the ticket is purchased online. She also told me, the Ship To address for the actual ticket can be anywhere in US as long as the Bill To of the credit card is from SoCAL. I'm just sharing.
