I do not stuggle with procrastination, but married a man that does, so I have alot of empathy and understanding of the problem. Although the problem is bigger than this, I just want to give you one tip that he says has helped him so much, and you already mentioned it. Make a daily list for yourself of what you want to accomplish. Sounds like you did that today, good for you, but here is the secret...do it again tomorrow. If you do it every day, in one month you won't believe what you have accomplished. The secret is doing a little something EVERY day. It all adds up, (just like weight loss, but that's another story, lol). All the best to you, and by the way, mail that resume!
