Oh, geez, Chip, all of those songs are quite recent for me, since they all are on my younger son's Barney tapes. 
This song, from my past, is going through my mind right now:

(just heard it on the car ride home and it brought back memories of when I played the tamborine in a pick-up band in high school. I had (and have) zero musical ability, but the lead singer guy had a crush on me and took mercy on me and let me play the tamborine. This was our signature song. )

I'm one of the few people on this Earth, apparently, who doesn't hate Barney. I mean, its not like I live for Barney, but I can stand my kid watching a purple dinasour who has good manners. I could think of worse things for him to watch.

one bright and sunny day
i came across a billboard
and much to my dismay
the sign was torn and tattered from the storm the nite before
the wind and rain had done it's part and this is what i saw
smoke coca cola cigarettes
chew wrigleys spearmint beer
ken L ration dog food makes your wife's complexion clear
simonize your baby in a hersheys chocolate bar
texaco's the beauty cream that's used bt all the staors
OH take your next vacation in a brand new frigidaire
learn to play the piano in your winter underwear
OH doctors say that babies shouldn't smoke til they are 3
and people over 65 should bathe in lipton's tea
With flow thru teabgs!
(definitely NOT PC anymore)

Down, down, down below the ground (point down on down)
Where all the little poopies are swimming around (swimming motion)
There sits Sam, the lavatory man,
Scooping up the poopies,
