I could really use some excellent DIS-DVC'er advice. Hubbie and I are long-time Disney fanatics, and as the kids are both now in college, we are considering purchasing DVC. However, we want to try before we buy, and think our 25th anniversary in December is the perfect opportunity. We will be renewing our vows at a local church in Kissimmee, and the family will be joining us, but not staying with us. This gives the perfect opportunity for us to evaluate without the kids realizing what we are up to (I tend to get chatty when excited and would spill it if we decided to purchase while they were right there...). We're an Epcot-loving family, and we enjoy exploring new things. We're not too big on the water parks, but can spend our entire vacation exploring areas in the theme parks that we haven't noticed before, or people watching, or just soaking up all that is Dis. Hubbie and I enjoy romantic strolls and alone time as well. I am sure we would also make good use of a jacuzzi that's large enough for two. However, for long term, we'd like to try out someplace that's got enough room in the unit to spread out some, and think perhaps a 1-bedroom that could sleep 4 would prove best for our future plans. Could you share your recommendations? Also, if you could share strategies of how we might go about renting points for whichever resort you like best, for Dec 17-23, 2006, I would be very appreciative. Thank you! ~Ev :)

If you love EPCOT, the BWV or BCV might be the place to go. You need to check the trade/rent board soon as those dates will fill up quickly because of the holidays if you need to rent. you will also need a one bedroom or more to get the jacuzzi type tub. I sent you a PM with some information.

Roger
