It looks like I will not be using the 4 I got. Are they transferable? I will know by the end of the week. If you pm me, I will be happy to give you the 4 codes by Monday. FIrst come, first served
They are transferrable as your name is not linked to them in any way.
I would take them but already have quite a few myself. I will be offering mine up as well since I have quite a few. It will all depend if I am able to use some of them for my baggage fee.
Wow what a coincidence! We have been searching for flights in December just today and I decided to check the transportation board for any tips and found the info on the AirTran coupon.
Well, it worked for us, $190.40 roundtrip (ROC-MCO) for my husband and I-what a GREAT PRICE!! I tried Kayak (never heard of it before) and was able to get our seat assignments at no cost too...
Just wanted to remind everyone that I am flying on Friday and will try to use my vouchers then for baggage fees. I will post back Friday when I am waiting to board, or in flight to let you know if I had any success. It seems there are mixed messages about being able to use them so I will find out for sure. Wish me luck! Hope to report back good news!

Was planning on using 3 vouchers for 3 people on both the outbound and return flight for a savings of $75----then I am reading here where alot of people are booking the outbound and return flights as seperate and are saving double the amount as long as you have the extra codes.
Can anyone assure me that we won't be given any problems just booking a one way flight for each leg? I have never before broken up the flights and know in the past that sometimes they look at one way flights differently. Maybe I'm just being paranoid and people do it like this all the time --just want our travel to be smooth.
If I understand this correctly I would book the outbound flight as one one way flight and pay for it seperately from the return so there would be two seperate charges on my card??? Sorry I'm so confused and thanks for your help--guess I just need to be assured it can be done this way

One last question---if I book these seperate as one way fares and for some reason we had to reschedule them would I have to pay the $75 rebooking fee plus any higher fares at the time for both fares seperately---would it then be $150 total plus the new fare?? --per each ticket????I'm hoping we won't have to do this but this would be the only thing that would really discourage me from booking them seperately-- we won't be sure until the last minute if my DH will be able to go and then we may reconsider our plans if he can't --I would hate to have to pay $150 in rebooking fees for each ticket if that were the case which I think would probably be.

I would make sure these are the flights you want before booking because yes you would have to pay the fees for each one way flight if you needed to change them. The only way you can get around not having to pay the fees is if Air Tran changes the flight schedule by a 1/2 hour or more(I could be off on the amount of time before there are no fees to change your flights).
I haven't read every post, so I apologize if this has been discussed. Did anyone notice this in the terms where you put in your email address:
"...Limit one (1) discount per person..."
I know it says you can request one voucher per email address, but this sentence seems to say you should only be able to use one $25 discount per person. Has anyone actually completed their flights when they booked each way separately using two vouchers?
Thanks for all the advice everyone. We've decided to not book them seperately due to our circumstances but I really appreciate this thread and how everyone is helping each other out to save money!
If anyone here has had success using the $25 vouchers for the $15 first bag luggage fee and also using them on their reservation as well I would love to know as we might have to check a bag or two---if that is the case I will bring 2 more to the airport with me when we check in just in case.
Would it be possible to use another one of these vouchers to pay for luggage online before we go even though we already used them on our reservations? Is there a discount code spot on their site when you pay for luggage online??
Well we have flights going to Orlando with the coupons. I haven't booked the return flights yet...
I almost booked last Wednesday night but ended up getting hit in the WalMart parking lot ... come to find out that parking lot accidents are considered no fault and thus I have to pay my deductible. I was crushed... so much that I decided I may cancel our upcoming trip.
Then the flights went up and up some more and then up even more! I checked this AM and they were up even more. Just a few minutes ago I got an Airtran email and decided to look again and they are down lower then ever plus the coupon!!!
So we are back on again but I think were going 2 days less then planned but hey were going!!
Just click on it anyways, it will say something like guess what we have found an even better rate for you.... and take you directly to Airtrans website.
