24 Series Finale!!

OH MY GOD, this series finale next Monday looks EPIC!!!!!!!

Finally!! Someone on here that watches "24". I have stuck with that show since Series 1, Episode 1, through thick and thin (and I will admit there's been some thin in those years - but even when it wasn't as good, it was good...plus the fact that I've had a crush on Kiefer since "The Lost Boys"). Yes, the finale looks wild!

I have a feeling this is going to end badly for Jack but then again I know FOX wants to make a movie franchise out of 24. So not sure what to think just yet.

I thought I had seen something about a 24 big-screen movie. I'm not sure how it will all end for Jack either. I really, really, really hope they don't kill him off at the end, but hey, it is 24. They've certainly had some shockers on there before. But I'm going to be a bit P.O.'d if they do

I read an article about the possibility of movies - yes, Keifer said movies in the article! - and what would be expected. He said that the series finale will not spill over into these films. So... he could be killed. Haha!

But you can't have Jack take a bullet between the eyes and then have him alive and well in the movies as if nothing happened.

MAN!! I LOVE jack! I hate that they cancelled the show...I really hope they dont kill jack, they will prob leave it open like is he dead or is he alive? That way they can have the movies.I hope everyone gets what is comming to them I was soooo glad when he killed dana walsh,I just wish he would have hurt her more first! She was a really really really bad person!I also wish they had gave cole more of a story, I like him as a actor and I think they could have done more with him.I am bummed they turned the pres.taylor bad...she was a good one and they really took her down hill.I mean jack saved her bacon a dozen times and THIS is how she repays him? COME ON!

One last thing.....WHERE IS TONY?!! This would have been a great season to bring him back and try to redeem him just a little.They have not made a mention to him.

I just got interested in it last year, so I am disappointed that it is being canceled.
Evidently, from what I've heard on the show recently, there is some past history with President Logan. Wish I had seen that.

One last thing.....WHERE IS TONY?!! This would have been a great season to bring him back and try to redeem him just a little.They have not made a mention to him.

I have watched it from Day 1 (DW quit watching after 3), and my only issue has been that, for the premier anti-terrorist organization in the US, CTU has more moles than my backyard.

Who knows, Keifer may have just said that to keep all the fans guessing about whether Jack may or may not die at the end of the season! But I took his statement to mean the finale is the end of everything, and the movies would take place prior to this season's events. Wouldn't it be awesome of President Palmer came back?

Yeah, wasn't there an explosion at the very end of last season? I think Tony was a part of it. I didn't like how often he changed sides last season... got kind of annoying.

Jack is going to reveal the Russian cover-up, bring down President Taylor (and Logan, again), and kill several more people in the process. The series will end with him running off to London or some other foreign country where the films will be located. He will get involved in some sort government conspiracy there, solve it, then live happily ever after. He will never be able to come back to the U.S.

Oh, and Chloe will be named the permenant head of CTU.

I think it will be the real one. Although it doesn't really matter now, Hassan's daughter knows of the cover up! Dun, dun, dun!

And Tony was sent to prison? Hmm... maybe I just wanted him to explode at the end!

Carl - You should rent that season; it was great. (Which one is it, everyone? They're all a blur to me anymore). Actually, you may as well start at the beginning and have a little 24 festival of your own. Watching them all will really help you to see how Jack ended up like he is.

We've also watched it since the beginning. The only one I wasn't hugely fond of was the one with the Mexican druglords. That may have been season 3? I have to say that even though we have watched since the beginning, I'm kind of glad it's coming to an end.

I think it has been a good run, but I'm getting kind of weary and I know it can only get worse. It has always been violent, but this year has been especially bad with the torture scenes, etc. It reminds me of the newer Casino Royale. I'm a huge James Bond fan, but I didn't like that one at all and don't plan on seeing anymore of this latest portrayal. All the fun has been taken away.

Yeah, I'm so ready for Jack to die! He has been especially brutal this season.

I'd like to see a TV series utilizing the current cast. But not in the "24" format. I love the Chloe character. And we haven't seen enough of Cole. They could anchor a nice cast, with a new story every week, like other police/crime dramas.

I've been asking the same question for weeks. He's my favorite character on the show (yes, better than Jack ) and I was really hoping they'd bring him back somehow.

I too have been a fan since Episode 1, it's had a good run but I think it is time to let go.
