Orlando really isn't a 24 hour grocery store area. As the previous poster mentioned, your best bet (if you can stand shopping in it) would be WalMart, specifically the one on Turkey Lake Rd, just a few minutes drive from Universal property. That particuular store is in a good area and relatively well maintained, at least for a WalMart.
I would also suggest the Wal Mart on Turkey lake rd,it's pretty new and in a good area.I did look online and was surprised that it closes at midnight,I would have thought it would be a 24 hour store.

Not sure about the website, but it is open 24/7. If you have to go to a Wal-Mart near Universal after dark, this is the one to go to.
Not a full grocery store, but there is also 24-hour CVS on Sand Lake Road and a 24-hour Walgreens on I-Drive; neither is more than 10 minutes from Universal.

I must have looked somewhere else maybe showing old info, but yeah it's definitely a store that should be open 24 hours,on top of that I think I have been in that store after midnight once or twice.
