NEWSFLASH!!

NATHAN ROSE, OWNER OF MAGICAL MOUNTAIN.NET AND CO-HOST OF "MOUSETUNES" PODCAST, WILL BE ATTENDING OUR RAGLAN ROAD MEET!

Anyone who listens to the Mouetunes podacst will already know that Nathan is a huge fan of Raglan Road, so when I extended the guys an invite this week, Nathan gladly accepted. It will be a agreat chance to talk one on one with a real Disney expert. I AM SO EXCITED!!

Oh, I want to come too but having no trip booked or no plans to book, I think I am gonna have to miss out on this.

Unless, I could tell DH that the May DIS meet has been changed to Oct....and I could accidently forget to tell him that the venue has changed too, oh, and the country!!

Nice to see that the meet has sparked so much interest this morning, and looks like there may be one a week through oct/ early nov just to keep up with demand

What might be helpful is if you are interested and are there on my dates (22nd or 25th oct) to say which idea appeals to you. If we end up opting for IDEA 1 I would need to make the ADR next month Of course I could do both days if someone wanted to meet up with me at Food and Wine fest too, I'm going to munch around the world on that day regardless

We go home on 24th so anything on 22nd would be better for us. That said, if the 25th is the better date for the majority, don't let me stop you as I would need to work on DH anyway

IDEA 1 - a dinner at Downtown Disney on Sunday 22nd October. I'm thinking we could try Raglan Road, and maybe moving to Ghirardelli for dessert.

ideas 1 and 3 could work for us. I am taking another two families with us and have a lot of planning but these could work well. I am hoping to get BCV for the last three days of our trip so the idea 3 would not be too much work and will be at SSR for the night of idea 1. This is looking good

Well, we will be in Orlando that week, but staying offsite and moving onsite (BWV) the following week. We will definitely be doing IF&WF (several times) and Raglan Road, but it would make more sense to do them during our onsite week. Having said that, I wouldn't totally rule out a meet during the first week - I'll have to discuss it with my travelling companions.

Raglan Road would be a great place for a meet - it's huge. Drinks around the World also always works well. I wouldn't be so keen on the Beaches and Cream idea mainly because I'm not a fan, but also, depending on how many people turn up, it could be too small.
