Love this show!!!

Question-I have not watched all the seasons, so maybe I missed something, but what happened between Frankie and Vickie? It seems Vickie bought a house from Jeanna and took Frankie as a tenent? But what happened between Frankie and Vickie? Did Frankie not pay rent?

Frankie didn't pay the rent I think and had to be evicted. Vickie is overly dramatic. I think they are always all drinking together because they need to so they can tolerate Vickie.

Other than Tamra, I think they all look like 40+ year old housewives. Seriously, I would say, unless Vickie is really in her 60's, she is wasting her time. She looks like she is about 48 years old. And for Lynne, the same. And I totally agree about her dried out hair. Cut it off!

I found it ironic that Lynne's oldest daughter hates the way she looks. And Lynne can't even see that her obsession with looking younger and fear of aging has caused these same insecurites and fears in her own daughter.

I think Tamara is looking in her 40's now, too. Did you notice her hair last episode? It looks like straw. So over processed. I read Lynn is 52!! But trying to say she is something like 38!!! What? I believe 52. I read it from several sources and she refuses to tell anyone so she must be in her 50's.

Could you imagine looking like Lynne does if you were 38? Where would you have to go from there? What would you look like when you really were 52?

I like not trying to look younger than I am and accomplishing it well. I was at a party in the fall where I only knew 4 people. I had a ball getting to know everyone. So, this one woman couldn't believe that I had kids who were 12 and 13. She finally asked how old I was because she thought I was younger than she was. She was 37 and I'm 42. That made me feel good. All those years of staying out of the sun with lots of sunblock evidently is paying off.... that and the good genes I got from my Mom.

Could you imagine looking like Lynne does if you were 38? Where would you have to go from there? What would you look like when you really were 52?

I like not trying to look younger than I am and accomplishing it well. I was at a party in the fall where I only knew 4 people. I had a ball getting to know everyone. So, this one woman couldn't believe that I had kids who were 12 and 13. She finally asked how old I was because she thought I was younger than she was. She was 37 and I'm 42. That made me feel good. All those years of staying out of the sun with lots of sunblock evidently is paying off.... that and the good genes I got from my Mom.

She does have a good body, I'll give her that. But can you imagine how many times a guy checks her out from the back and is horrified once she turns around?

That's what I don't get about women lying about their ages. Just like Kim (from Atlanta) saying she's 29. I'd rather people think I look like a hot whatever-age-I-am than people thinking I look like an old whatever-age-I'm-telling-them.

I agree that I'd believe Lynne is in her early 50's. I think they all look good but none of them would be mistaken for someone in their 20's (and most not even for someone in their 30's), except maybe Gretchen. But then even Gretchen looks 30 (like she is). They all are beautiful and live fun, youthful lives so why not just embrace your age? Give someone in their 20's something to envy

I have to agree. If Lynne is 38 then I am afraid. I am not 38 yet but if that is what I might look like I better spend some more time at the beauty counter!
I also don't think her body is that great. She is super skinny with fake tatas. She looks like a stick figure with 2 balloons stuck on her!

I wonder how Lynne would fair in that soundproof booth on Ten Years Younger on TLC. I don't think people would be guessing that she's 38.

Unfortunately I really think Kim is 29 (now 30). I looked her up on intellius and she came up as 29 (then). They are accurate unless someone lies going way back, like on their driver's license. She smokes and that ages you for sure.

I like Jeanna, too. i'm not understanding this big ordeal with Frankie and why Vicky overreacted.

Gretchen does seem to be out doing things. She had that party, is going out to dinner a lot with friends and the July 4th thing. I'm no sure if I am buying his kids loving her so much. And i can not stand the way her voice sounds when she's talking to Jeff on the phone. She talks to him in baby talk. But they all seem happy and Jeff wasn't telling her not to go-that we saw. I also noticed how many times she said "I flew out Jeff's kids" as if she was bragging about it. And my final thought... I heard her say that was her parents 3rd house(on the lake) so she must come from money.

If you google her....you will find some other websites....one where Jeff's sister has written alot on. You will see that the family was not too fond of Gretchen and what happened in the months preceding and after he died.

Well....she needs to get her ****s re-done.. They are lopsided majorly and look awful especially in that one dress I think in the opening segment.

I can't believe Lynne was apologizing to Raquel because she didn't tan twice! What a spoiled brat. She had a big ole hissy fit and her mom was feeling bad. I can not also believe that she let her 15 year old wear that short dress to the party. Her boyfriend was right in his comment about her looking like a stripper.

Ummmm.....I don't think Jo can sing! The 1st time I heard her a couple of seasons ago I cringed.

The last scenes of the episode when they were eating were great. I can understand why Tamra was shocked she was out of town while Jeff was in the hospital. But then I can also understand why Gretchen would need some time away, but to go on vacation....I'm not sure on that.

I don't understand why Lynne thinks she should put up with her eldest daugher's attitude. I surely wouldn't have gotten her a car much less bmw with that attitude...and she doesn't even have a driver's license!!! I bet that car is going to get scrapped up in no time. Her younger sister seems like she could be decent but she's so "out drama'ed" by her older sister that she doesn't have a choice. And when she wore that hooker dress to the bday party, I thought at least the father would've said something when he saw her. That boyfriend of hers called it right, I thought she was a street walker when I saw her walking up to the restaurant. And to think I wasn't going to watch b/c I thought it was going to be boring compared to Atlanta....

I'm so behind!! I hadn't even realized Jeff died! I wonder if any of that will be on an episode. He hadn't seemed to be doing very well in the last few episodes.

If that's true, it's really sad. Jeff was a smart, successful businessman who chose to be with her. It's not like she was duping an 80 year old with Alzheimers, AND they were together for quite awhile before he got sick.

Real Housewives of NYC is on today. The whole first season marathon. It started 17 minutes ago. During a commercial break, two of the wives said the show is returning in February!
