2027 Points Charts Predictions

It looks like they just copied Jambo's Data and made a new page with a different color.

Is there any way to remove the Value and Club level rooms from the Kidani page?
Another thing that was copied was the "All sleep up to 4" and "All sleep up to 8" where at Kidani the 1 bedroom should be "Sleeps up to 5" and the 2 bedroom "Sleeps up to 9"

I realize I can hide values myself but it would be easier for folks that are not familiar with the differences between the two resorts.

Other than that it is a great job by your team!!

Good catch! They are going to rework these pages to better represent the resorts individually.

Whenever the multisite POS is in contradition with a resort POS, the latter wins. Changes to the "real" POS are strictly regulated and it's were most of our rights are held (mostly because they were written before current management took helm, by people who wanted to create a system people could trust).
I will say it’s clear the current senior leadership views the customer experience VERY differently than the one that started DVC.

Good to know.

I can’t see anything in any of the resort POS documents relating to reallocation of points across seasons or vacation homes though.

Here are two parts of the VGF POS, in the DVC Membership Agreement. But what stuck out is that they can increase or decrease the lock off premium and that the 20% rule doesn’t seem to apply?

It also seems to imply that the lock off premium increase or decrease doesn’t have to be offset?

Thank you Sandi, I will search for that language in the PVB membership agreement.

I think it’s massively different, in that it expressly states that any reallocation must not result in the total number of reservation points for any given Unit being increased.

In the case of PVB, this reallocation results in all the longhouse Units being increased above 100% of the ownership interests in that Unit.

Here is the relevant language from the PVB POS / Membership agreement.

Interestingly it doesn’t include the VGF language which excludes increases in the lock-off premium from the 20% cap.

It is however very clear to me that the increases on PVB points (particularly the longhouse studios which are entirely separate Units) are NOT permitted under the terms of the POS.
