2026 Camp Site Rates

Teresa just made our Halloween reservations for 2026. We were able to make the full 2 week reservation from 10/25 thru 11/7 in a premium site. This was done over the phone with a cast member.

I am having the same problem and am sitting in the phone queue. (30 minutes and counting).

EDIT: Finished over the phone with a CM. They could see my partially completed reservation. 1hr 45 min total call time.

Now I just need DLP to get on the bus.

You have been able to book reservations at Disneyland Paris through the middle of March 2026 since last year. If they keep the same historic pattern they won't drop the rest of 2026 until Fall,. We are going back in May/June next year and wanted to get options settled before the end of the year.

I finally got through on the phone earlier and was able to snag 10/29/2026-11/02/2026 , the only site category left was premium meadows.

Also booked 2/7/26-2/14/26, premium category. Obviously the CMs can get enter the equipment information section

Most surprising was the even $200 a reservation deposit amount. Over the phone I’m not exactly sure of the cost per night. But two reservations, different categories, different times of the year. Both deposits were exactly $200.00

The $200 deposit is a tipoff that you have actually signed up for a package and not a room-only reservation. I always make a "room"-only reservation (I insist on it) when getting a campsite. I don't bundle tix into a package (my CM encouraged me to and I said nope). I'll throw a few dining reservations in the parks when that window opens and a month before the trip I'll buy tix and add them to MDE for us. Packages (even ticketless ones) have different payment and cancellation terms.

I paid one night's deposit (the most expensive night of course) and have the new 8 day cancellation window. Balance due at arrival.

We are testing out a post A-liner plan and renting a trailer from Kissimmee-Orlando RV Rental (approved vendor) and attending with Disney DD and SiL on a regular Premium campsite. The trailer has 2 full regular bedrooms (King/Queen) and two full bathrooms. And it's not a bunkhouse model and not a "Flex Room" model. :scared: And I ain't sleeping on a fold out sofa or collapsed dinette. No sir :sad2: I'm getting too old for that. The two families will split the site/trailer cost so it's pretty reasonable for a 2BR/2BA/nice kitchen accommodation on property. And we went with KORV because other vendors didn't appear to have much to choose from in the way of separate personal spaces for 2 families. More on that when the time comes. But we do have the site and 5er each rented with deposits.

I forgot to add a requested loop but can add that later down the road. Our trip will be about this time next year (after the Easter season).

PS - the post Aliner plan is to go with trailer rental on a site some day. This is instead of going DVC at the Fort Cabins or CCV (the resort DVC I would buy if I were to buy that type of accommodation). This trip we went Premium and a big trailer but if it's just DW/me we could go with a much smaller (but very nice) trailer on a Full site. That's my plan for the future (whenever I decide I don't even want to mess with the Aliner any more. We did tour the new FW DVC cabins last fall during the DISMeet with @Boomer1 , her DH, and grown DD so I know what I DON'T want.

I was able to book our October 2026 vacation with the assistance of a castmember via the phone. The wait was only 15 minutes around noon. The interesting part is that I too had to pay a $200 deposit. And it was for room rate only. The explanation I was given was that the Fort reservations were acting up all morning, the system wasn’t giving a down payment amount. The castmember said if she charged too little the reservation would be eventually cancelled. She said the deposit should be around $173, but she couldn’t tell me for sure. We agreed $200 was too much, but I didn’t want to lose the reservation.

Why is Disney reducing the number of campers from 10 to 8 at the camp sites in 2026?

I actually think that went into effect for 2025 reservations already.

Possibly to capture revenue from 3/4 pairs of adults and kids who would put a trailer and tents on one site (seen it done, I have). Make them rent two campsites I guess. And anticdotally, I've heard that if you are a mom/dad with 7 kids (for a total of 9 people for example), you can STILL all stay on one site together (but you have to call I guess). They aren't trying to bust up a true family - they're trying to cut down on multi-families swarming together on one site.

PS - the example I saw was two families in a trailer, a family in a large tent on the same site, and a dining canopy and outside kitchen to feed all the people/kids. And they brought a deep freeze (or fridge but this size) and dropped it right next to the trailer door where the dining canopy was. Easily more than 10 people were there.

All I know is I paid $267.75 dollars (exactly the $238 rate for a Saturday night in our week plus 12.5% tax) for my deposit this morning (I see the charge on my bank account credit card) at 815am Central today. The system COULD have been acting up, @DIZNYCHERYL , later in the day when you got through. This is Disney IT we're talking about. Between annual rate rollouts and the rollercoasters I've been through in recent years to sign up for runDisney races, I've come to EXPECT problems and I've not been disappointed.

A room-only deposit has been the most expensive single night of your stay with the 12.5% tax applied for MANY, many years.

Ohhhhhh. Ok.

Ohhhhhh. Ok.

I had read previously that the change to 8 was already coming. Maybe it was when the released the Nov/Dec rates for 2025. Last year they released Jan-Oct arrival rates first and months later came out with Nov/Dec (don't remember when that was) but I had a late October 2025 arrival that ran over into November and was able to book it far in advance because campers can stay up to 30 days in one stay.

EDIT: Here is the thread from March 2025:

You are right @bama_ed , I called back and they did book mine as packages this morning, even though I told them I had all pass holders, needed no tickets. Now I know I need to use the magic words "Room Only" to avoid this in the future. I would have only chosen Room Only myself online, had I been able to get around the equipment issue. They were able to re-book my Feb reservation, but of course Halloween is not available now. Still tons of time to search on my own and try and rebook. A package would give me 4 vouchers to mini-golf.

For those in package situations, 30 cancellation on packages and payment in full at 30 days out vs 8 day cancellation for Room Only and full payment at check-in. And the deposit was higher than the $200 for Room Only, the most expensive night plus tax.

Yes, @wdw_dine_junkie the payment and cancellation terms for a package (even a "ticketless" pkg) are more in favor of Disney than you and me.

Look, I get it, it's as my Marketing MBA professor said in 1992: "get the cash, Get the cash, GET THE CASH". Packages frontloads the money to WDW from you. Room only favors you with a little up front and the rest if/when you show up.

Packages can include (or not): tickets, dining package, photo pics, and more garbage I've never needed. In my opinion (and no one asked for it), guests should go with the booking option that FAVORS THE GUEST which is room only.

My CM said, "if you wait to buy tix (and not add them now to a package) the ticket price is not refundable". And I said, no worries, the value on that ticket will carry over until the NEXT time (assumed) I go to WDW and can apply that ticket value (save the receipt in email) to future park passes. Helen Keller could see that answer coming. :smooth:

PS - my state park system recently eliminated the 1-night deposit option and required full payment for any stay. They allowed 14-day reservations so it's different paying 1 day versus 14 days. I used to ALWAYS book 14 days (with a 1-night deposit) and trim off early/late days about a month before arrival. I always played fast-and-loose on booking long for 1 night's fee - because I could. Now I have to be more judicious because EVERY NIGHT costs money. Although I still play the 14-day game, more bucks are held up until I drop nights to what I really will use/want. It all comes back to me eventually but I am temporarily out some dollars in the short term.
