I am also in here, got in almost 15 minutes ago and got to the screen for 'party size' and I can't do a thing. What's happening on the regular line? Is it paused? I smell error and would hypothesize that no one can sign up...

Keep trying, I got that error but then it let me register

When I was in, and it said it was at capacity, I just kept clicking continue and eventually I got enter the party number and I managed to get tickets for HS.

I got the event at capacity message. Tried clicking “continue” several times over the first few minutes. Then about 5-6 minutes later tried again, was able to enter number of people and got the confirmation email. Don’t give up

If you get to the screen to put in your party size and it says it's at capacity, just keep hitting continue every few minutes, I just got in for August 11 ten minutes after first seeing that screen!

Update! I left the screen open that said it was capacity and rentered the queue from the email link in a new tab. I went back to the other screen that said it was at capacity, refreshed, and it let me register for typhoon lagoon and gave me a confirmation. Not sure it they will cancel it after the fact lol.
