So some pertinent information from the 2015 Notices for Saratoga Springs:
Pursuant to Section 721.13(3)(c)1, Florida Statutes, the total number of 7-day annual use availability periods currently registered with the State of Florida is 45,288.
And there are 888 vacation homes in Saratoga Springs (studios and 1 bedrooms as part of a lockoff are not counted separately).
So Dividing 45288 by 52 gives 870.9231. This leaves approximately 17 vacation homes unaccounted for. This is 1.9% of the vacation homes.
So the 2016
point charts should cover those 45288 use availability use periods and give a total number of points for that usage. My understanding is that any changes from year to year have to equal that total number of points. It seems my understanding is not complete however since given Daddio's statement of what is Preferred at Saratoga, and looking at the 2017
point chart, it seems to me that the total number of points has increased.
What am I missing?
