Ok. Started week 4 of the C25K. Did my two 5 minute intervals and didn't try to kill or curse out the mean woman on the phone when she told me "Start running for 5 minutes"! I'm calling that a success
(oh yeah, and I ran both of the 5 min intervals too - definitely enjoying the RunDisney playlist on Spotify).

Switching over to the 5k-10k! 
I've got Galloway as my back-up plan though if this doesn't work out - and beyond 5k, if/when I get there, I'm DEFINITELY going Galloway.
