2017 booking-now available!

I am being told that they are only loading up to October for packages in the system today - that november/december won't be out until end of July/beginning of August

Plus the CM is super rude and I am waiting on a supervisor to see if they cant' do something for me

I am tired and cranky - not boding well at this point
 
I'm trying to book for October and not getting anything. So I dont think anything is working right now

I was under the impression that the 499 day rule was still applicable, so that's why the later dates wont be available until later this year
 
Ok, I was told via live chat, that the site is undergoing enhancements at this time, and should be ready in a couple of hours. No online resv at this time
 

Was able to put my package together and made it all the way to the check out section, only to get a message saying check out was unavailable.

Disney seems to be having a lot of issues with their sites lately.
 
I reserved a room only about 10 minutes ago. It took a couple tries to go through. I didn't try a package though.
 
I didn't try to reserve anything yet, but I can see the prices for any date.
 
I was able to get pricing for hotel, hopper passes and dining for Feb 2017 online. I was able to compare AOA with Pop Century package pricing. I am on hold now waiting for CM so I can add a package to our room at AOA. I booked our room only in April to hold our dates. :yay::yay: I am so excited to finally book the complete package.

Really? They actually said "if it even will!"

That's kind of strange for a CM to say.

I paraphrased but it was close. Her exact words were, "Packages for 2017 are not available online at this time and I have no information that they will be in the near future. But keep checking back and have a magical day!"

Other CMs have said it's just computers glitching and they're working on it. Shrug.
 
Has anyone had any luck booking a package over the phone? I'm about to give up and call, but don't want to get the same problems.
 
I just started a thread in the "resorts" section, but now I see people are indicating that there are technical problems. I went online looking at Coronado Springs for the first week of May, and some room types were available, but many were not (including all non-king rooms). I thought maybe I'd missed out and these were sold out already!! I'm thinking, based on info in this thread, that they are just not showing up yet for whatever reason.
 
Just got though and booked a package for mid October! Now for the long wait for the actual trip...

Has anyone tried to book a villa? Regular rooms come up but absolutely nothing when searching for a villa...all say not available.
 
Just finished booking our Feb 2017 package trip via telephone. The price given was the same price I was given via the webpage for AOA, hopper pass tickets and deluxe dining. Now its the count down until I can book dinner reservations. :yay::yay::yay:
 
I'm going to book our package for April. Hope I can find something I like in our price range.
