Our family grew and now we have 6 total. 2 adults and 4 kids 8,6,4,1. I absolutely love WL. I know there is construction. However, standard rooms are only 4 occupancy? That leaves deluxe studio villas? We would go in Value season. Probably mid sept. I tried to do a room reservation online to see price. But nothing is available. Is this DVC? If so, I have absolutely no clue how to go about renting points? If not, maybe it's not updated right now? Our budget is going to be pretty tight so, we probably won't buy park tickets for whole stay. I'd really prefer staying at WL though because of convenience of boat to MK. Most likely one of only parks we will visit this next trip. Any help, suggestions? Possibly looking at dining plan also. Never did but may be worth it.

The deluxe studios are DVC and part of Villas Wilderness Lodge. If you can't find a room on the Disney website, look into renting points from a reputable dealer (I personally like David's). The process is simple.

You would actually be able to fit in a room with capacity of 5 because you have a child under age 3.

There aren't a lot of those at WL. But I think the DVC studios have a capacity of 5 now since they added the Murphy beds. It'd be a tight fit though.

You could do a WL Deluxe CL room that accommodates 6 people. They are pricey though. :)

Are you talking about next month or next year? If next month, they probably don't have any left. If next year, you won't be able to rent a studio until about seven months out or so. All studios are DVC and located in the villas building. You would also fit in a two bedroom and I'd bet you would find that totally luxurious.

It would be for September 2016. I don't believe the 2 bedrooms are in our budget. The studios as long as we fit would be around where we could be. Also, from what I read regular room capacity is 4. Thanks for the suggestion kmb.

As mentioned you need a room with occupancy of 5.

If you are ok with moderates, both POR and CBR have some regular rooms with an occupancy of 5.

My sister and her family (2 adults and 5 kids, including a 2-year old) stayed in a Deluxe CL room at WL last week (2 queens in the bedroom, a pull-out couch in the living room, and a pack and play in the corner). The room fit their needs well, and with a PIN code she received, was less expensive than two regular (connecting) rooms or a 2BR villa.
