So if I go online now, and pick POR for 7 nights 10/1 - 10/8 with 4 day tickets and park hoppers, will it be the same cost on 4/25 when fd is released? Just the dining would be added in free is this right?

Does anyone remember which places are rumored to be excluded? I am booked at POP, but the kids want to try something else since we were at POP twice in the last two years. I was thinking either CB or CS, But im not sure if they were excluded in the past or if they will this time.

CBR and CSR have always been included and are expected to be included again this time, as well

Whew finally caught up reading today's posts!

OK so I am hoping to book 3 rooms online Monday. I remember reading back on the first thread you can only have two reservations per MDE account. Is this correct? I was planning on booking two under my name and the one using DH's MDE account.

Hope it works, trying to avoid calling in.

They're a bit late to the party over in that board aren't they?

Psssh, who needs danny25 we got black562! :P

NOTES:
Something is going to be announced on Monday morning. I expect it to be a general Free Dining for the dates below (starting on August 21) with a room only offer of up to 30% off.

There is a slight chance that Disney will announce Chase Visa on Monday, but I don't expect it.

Free Dining will become available for booking April 25th

It will cover arrival dates of

8/14 up to 10/1/2016
11/15 to 11/21
11/26 to 11/28
12/10 to 12/21

It will require a three night minimum stay, and a minimum of two ticket days.

Value resorts will offer the Quick Service plan for free and Moderates and Deluxes the Regular Dining Plan

Excluded resorts will include Little Mermaid rooms at Art of Animation, All Star Movies, Port Orleans French Quarter, Bay Lake Tower, Polynesian Bungalows and Grand Floridian Villas.
I do think that you will have to at least add the Park Hopper option to the tickets, but I agree with the basics.

ALSO

Disney briefly posted dates for the promotion on its site, before quickly removing the listed promotion dates:

    • August 23 through October 1, 2016
    • November 11 through 21, 2016
    • November 26 through 28, 2016
    • December 10 through 21, 2016

If your check-in date is eligible for FD, then your entire stay is eligible.

sooooo......while we are waiting.....whats everyones plan...up all night? or multiple alarms and try to sleep in between? im just curious

Love this question! I'm trying to decide... will definitely stay up past midnight just in case it drops then, and will probably get up around 4 to see if it has happened... not sure what my plan will be after that and will probably play it by ear depending on how tired I am at 4:30!!

The dates in this post contradict each other.
