Charge the price you will but there is no buyer protection through PayPal for intangible goods/services. The 3% fee is the price for doing a business transaction vs gifting the funds.

Your funds are protected from any fraud. You also don't pay the credit card fee, I do.

Paypal is a more secure and trusted way to pay then sending someone a check or money order.
