They are generally released at the first party.

Sometimes, they can be seen within the preceding few days.

A few things: #1. Pirates is apparently NOT open during the party this year, and that really sucks. Perhaps that will change for October parties, fingers crossed. 2.How on earth could they discontinue the pumpkin spice waffle?!?!?! Seriously Disney? 3. Every one of those cupcakes is available at the Dessert party, as well as for sale around the park. 4. They took away the most popular villains for photo ops.

They had better do something to convince me that this party is still worth attending. Every year they take away something, but this year it just seems to me like they have pinched every penny to the point that the party has become another in a long line of generic events.

Pirates is on rehab until 9-25. I bet the parties after that will have it open as they always have been before.

That is correct. I have a note for that under Rides that are open
