2015 Military Resort Prices?

I see the 2015 military tickets have been mentioned on the blog, but what about resorts? Anyone know roughly when they announce the deals for next year? I want to make sure I can book 6 months out for ADR's.

The 2014-2015 Military-Disney discounts have been announced for AFS tickets and Resort stays. The new discount period runs from Sept 28, 2014 to October 3, 2015. Tickets are $8 higher. The room discounts are the same as before: 40% Deluxe, 35% Moderate, 30% Value. Some blackout dates.

I tried calling yesterday to make a room only reservation for 2015 with the military discount and wasn't able to. The guy said to keep trying back and he didn't sound like he really knew why I couldn't. I also went online to try to find the 2015 room rates, but while I could get the calendar to go into 2015, all of the resorts said "no availability." I've heard ppl. mention the 30th as a date to check again, so I'm going to try that next week.
