When is the free dining for 2015? wanting to start planning for December 2015 and was wondering if it will have free dining during that time.

From what I can tell, Free Dining has not been offered in 2015. This year, it looks like Free Dining was available for part of December and the packages were released in May.

Nobody knows yet. September is probably a lock, but that won't be announced for quite some time. Anything else is up in the air. There is usually a public offer for December but the blackout dates have been expanding. Beginning and end of December are usually blacked out.

Unless you are British, then you could get it already.

We go often for short trips but haven't went as a group in a while and will be trying to get free dining for all this time. Usually we do tables in wonderland since hubby and I have annual passes, but everyone else doesn't.
So my next question is, if we got 2 day passes for all of us, and we didn't use the passes, would someone else in our party be able to use them?

Yes, you can transfer passes so long as they are unused. If you have groups staying in different rooms, then you can stay in a room yourselves without having to get the dining and just use the TIW for your meals and any off plan items your group wants to order at participating restaurants. If you are all in the same room/villa/suite then you have to get the same package and dining plan.

You can apply TIW to up to 10 persons dining with you, if you pay the bill. So that may work if free dining does not work out for your dates.
