I've been trying to price the difference in ASSports, vs my package at POP - I would switch to save. Can't get the website to work for nothing! Not really TOO worried about it I guess. I went with standard at POP, so not sure there'd be much of a different...

The website is driving me NUTS. Before it was a continuous loop to the resort page, I must have clicked next a thousand times only to end up back on the same page. Now I just get Donald Duck with "server busy" or Stitch with "Someone ate the page". The more I try the more I'm convinced I want to move to ASSp just for the $400 savings. I'm also thinking about shaving the extra day I added off for an additional $150 savings.

If there has ever been a time where a CM had an attitude with me it was when I did this last year. As soon as FD became available I booked a new reservation online then called to cancel the existing and the CM was 10 kinds of angry.

That's exactly what I did this morning. Why would she be angry with you? If you can't get through on the phone lines to change your current reservation then are you supposed to just say oh well and pay full price? Both mine are for CSR and I'm glad I did it or I'd be out of luck right now. I have a room with no discount so it's not taking someone elses discount just the full price room is on hold. UGH I will say I've done the free dining a few times in the past and this one seemed to fill up much quicker then before. I've easily made reservations with free dining at Pop a week or more after the promo came out so maybe they release more rooms after the first initial release fills up?

It does appear that the standard room at Caribbean beach is not included but I am not sure there even are any preferred rooms available for your dates. So I will go thru your preferred list. I am still trying and not getting thru yet.

I booked standard at CBR for dec with free dining. Maybe they are sold out?

Well I was able to finally see the deal when modifying online, but then it loops back to the "change your reservation page" listing my current deal... lol

Couldn't get free dining at Poly for a standard view - not at 5am CST online or when I called at 7EST. Only club level and lagoon view were left. That is just too much for us, so I had to just book a standard room at rack rate and I'm praying for a room discount. Unfortunately my parents are set on the Poly so I didn't have much flexibility at all. My reservation is for Oct 25 - Nov 2.

That's my week too. I chatted with DH and gave him the option of POP with FD but in the end we needed to get our flights confirmed and I just booked RO at POR and will wait to see if RO comes out for that time frame. At least my flights are done so I'm not gonna worry.

Finally got my planning binder up to date again. Had to replace all of my info sheets for Caribbean Beach with Coronado Springs.

In between working on sheets, I've been checking online for availability for a friend. Holy smokes. The website is crazy now! Glad I woke up at 3:30 to get ours done!!

Yes. I am staying at Fort WIlderness Cabins. And mine also shows Quick Service. I chatted with a CM on line about it. She advised me to call room resvations tomorrow and let them know. But I did pull my reservation up on the website and that was correct. I will be calling tomorrow first thing in the morning.

They can be angry with me all they want--I tried again and again...and again...to call and even waited once for nearly 2 hours before getting disconnected, and that's in addition to the time I spent trying to modify my ressie online before finally giving up and making a new one, which also took some effort. I was about to go insane.

Yes, the endless loop! At least it's more promising than the "server busy" page. Or maybe not but it makes me feel like it is.

I'm doing the same to my notes. Now, to learn a lot about CBR in 6+ months. haha. We also have to update the pages with what park we're going to on which day because we're arriving a day earlier now Which changes ADRs and my sons' FP+ requests!

Anyone have issues modifying for POP, but a new reservation is working just fine? It says no new offers if I try to modify but comes up new.

I was able to book GF at RO this morning thank God cause now it's saying nothing else is available for my dates in Sept for any discount. Don't know if it's the site or not. It's been glitching a lot.

We are thinking alike. We cut a night and park day off of our package in order to absorb this PH fee that I know we will not use. With the room rates going up this year and the PH option my vacation price for 5N/4D at Pop is $1827 vs 6N/5D last year at sports for $1641. That is $186 more this year for one less night/day. This free dining isn't so free anymore!

Thanks! Our family was dead set on CBR but when they only had availability for a Pirate room, I decided to book POP Preferred instead.

Would you be willing to quickly list some reasons why you love POP and why you like it better than CBR or other Mods? My kids are 16 and 13 and I'm concerned that they won't have fun; maybe they will feel out of place because they are older. I know my daughter will really miss the slide at CBR and I will miss the hot tub but it may be good to try something new. We stayed at POP for a few hours last year (in after midnight and out at the crack of dawn) before we checked into CBR so we really didn't have anytime to explore.

I need a pep talk - LOL.

Pop is our absolute favorite resort. There is only one bus stop, the atmosphere is very fun, lots of food options, including an awesome ice cream shop (dessert or snack credit), and with AoA so close, your food and shopping options are doubled. The staff is also very friendly. I really can't say enough about how awesome it is.

But, there is not penalty as long as you are at least 45 days out right?

Just when I thought I had it, weird stuff starts to happen. Had a POR Preferred w/FD. Confirmed that, went through everything.

Got the email saying CBR Preferred with a QS dining Plan...?

MDE App has original reservation listed...?

Then My Reservation on the web site has CBR Preferred three adults, two adult DPs and one child DP...?

And of course the phone is useless.
