I thought I’d share some of my Vancouver research, as we’ll be there the day before also. We are flying in, will not have a car, so have been looking for things within easy distance of Canada Place.
Vancouver Look-out – 2-3 blocks east of Canada Place towards Gastown. A ticket is good all day, so you can go up during the day & then go back at night to see the city & harbor lights. Depending on what your plans are & how many are in your group, it may be worth checking out a membership. An adult
membership includes two guest passes plus 25% discount on other adult tickets. There are also adult/child memberships available that also include the guest passes. And, the membership also provides

Gastown and the Steam Clock – east of the Pan Pacific and Fairmont Waterfront hotels, lots of restaurants and shops, Vancouver’s oldest neighborhood and on Canada’s registry as a National Historic Site.
