Glad to see you back. Tried to PM you, but you don't have enough posts. Anyway, wanted to touch base again. If I remember correctly, y'all are from Gadsden? We are from North Shelby County (Hwy 280 corridor) and our DD is 11, but will be 12 in July, so the girls would be close in age. Did you ever finalize your travel plans?

@tidefan We live in Boaz but work in Gadsden. My daughter Sage is 12 and would love to have a friend on this trip. She loves to read and is pretty much into anything. We have twin boys that play together and sometimes Sage is lonely for a playmate. I would love for our girls to be friends so they would enjoy the trip more.
maybe we could meet in Birmingham for lunch or dinner before the trip? If not, my email is mdinmaking@aol.com so the girls could chat.

The to do list hasn't gotten any smaller though. Every time I cross off an item one seems to get added.

Okay, so how is this for irony?? I leave for a business trip, and our CRUISE DOCS SHOW UP!! I got a text with the picture of our docs from DH...sigh. I will have to wait until tomorrow night when I get home to actually hold that precious booklet in my hands!

You are not alone. I have a list for outfits, a list for things to pack, and a list of things to do. Lots of stuff is already set aside so I don't have to find it later. Clothes that are going are in one section of the closet. I think it's safe to say I could leave tomorrow if I had to!!
