2015 Candlelight Processional Dining Package Booking Dates?

This Will be my family's first trip to WDW during the Christmas season. Our son will be singing in the Candlelight Processional on Saturday, November 28th.

Our 180 ADR day is tomorrow (I know, last minute!). But from what I can tell, Candlelight Processional dinner package reservations on previous years didn't start until early July.

So, do I book a dinner Saturday and add the package later, or wait until I can book the package? Is my info right, or can I actually book a dinner package tomorrow?

Can't book until the package comes out in July. I would just wait and not book as I am not sure you can convert a dinner ressie to a CP package ressie.
