Does anybody have a clue when the 2014 Festival is?

No official announcement has been made just yet, but based on past years, I expect it to run 9/27/2014 thru 11/16/2014.

This year it was Sep 27, the Friday of the last weekend in Sep, through Nov 11, the Monday of the Veterans Day weekend. You should likely expect the same Friday to Monday schedule next year meaning Sep 26 to Nov 10.

However, just a warning about looking for dates now. A few years ago, they listed dates for the next year's F&W on the back page of a festival hand-out. Then, when the "official" dates came out in January, they were slightly different. So dates now are only tentative.

Unless Disney decides that everyone should be a teetotaler and does away with Food & Wine, any time in Oct is safe.

I'm looking at the pamphlet from the last week of 2013 F&W and it says "Select days from September-November 2014".

We are going October 19-24 to celebrate a lot...
...my 40th Birthday (Oct. 16)
...my BiL's birthday (Oct. 25)
...my niece's 3rd birthday (Nov. 1)
...Halloween
...and of course, F&W Festival

I LOVE October! It is my favorite time to visit WDW.
