2014 Candlelight Processional Reservation

Made my reservation at Tokyo Dining for 12/4 :santa:

I am still on the fence about attending. We go to disney every Christmas season and have seen the show dozens of times with a variety of speakers. Right now our dates are TBD for the speaker, it if its someone we have seen before, we may use the extra time to wander around the WS.

I'm not at work right now, but I believe the info that's been posted here is fairly accurate. I'll email my notes to my home account from work tomorrow to verify.

Show times are 5:00, 6:45 & 8:15 p.m.* (12/7 will have 6:45 and 8:15 p.m. times only)

So lunch seatings will see the 5:00 show, early dinners (4-5:00) will see the 6:45 show, and those dining between 5 and 6:00 will see the 8:15 show).

Knew last week that when I read your posts you were "in the know"...:)
SPOT ON for TODAY, Tuesday, July 8th!:

Know that you "presumably" don't set policy, but pass it along to the "guys who do" that it would have been nice to keep the separate viewing area for Illuminations as in past years!:thumbsup2 Also, the prices should have been released in conjunction with the ability to book!::eek::eek:

HAPPY that booking is done! Now, just to have the final list of narrators released...Guess we will have to wait awhile for that!

Just an FYI..... It appears that reservation times after 4:15pm attend the 8:15pm show. I had to switch my 4:20pm ADR to 4:00pm in order to get the 6:45pm show.
Called WDW DINE to confirm.

I went by this and booked 430pm for the 2nd show. I hope this is accurate for this year.

I know that is what it says on that site. I spoke to a CM and she said for my 4:20 reservation at the Garden Grill I am set for the 8:15 show. This website shows the times as this:

NOTE: There will be specific dining reservation times for each show as follows: for the 5 p.m. show reservation for dining must be between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m.; for the 6:45 p.m. show dining must be between 3:30 and 4:15 p.m.; and for the 8:15 show dining must be between 4:20 and 5:45 p.m.

Thanks for updating. Like I said, my notes are at work and today is my day off. I apologize for any misinformation I may have provided.

BTW, all of the prices are available if you call the DINE line. Just ask and a CM will get it for you or ask on here and I will pull it up for you.

Can someone please tell me what time we have to get in line with our tickets? I have a 5:45 at Via Napoli and want to make sure that we make it in line in time for the 8:15 show. We haven't ever eaten there and don't really know how long to expect it to take.

Also, what do the kids get to eat with this package? Do they also get an appetizer from the kids menu?

This site- as well as most sites - is still showing that the fireworks viewing area is still included. Amazing how much varied info there is out there.

Almost every website still has last year's information. I spoke to a dining CM this morning who told me the cut off was 4:30 pm for the 6:45 show which is what the website comments state on the Disney Parks blog. I'm going with that :)

And there is still no definite list for dining times / show times.....so frustrating. Thought my 4:20 pm ressie would be for 6:45 show- now not so sure!

I had a 4:20 reservation thinking that it would be for the 6:45 show after reading the times for the reservations than been changed. I called and was told that it was for the 8:15 show. I asked many times to the agent if the times had changed.

Are the menus the same for lunch and dinner? If I'm using 2 dining credits, I want to make sure I'm getting the best deal. Thanks!

That's exactly what happened to me. When I called the CM confirmed my 4:20 was for the 8:15 show - we really wanted 6:45 show so I had to move it earlier. Funny thing is the CM even said she was surprised to see my 4:20 time for the 8:15 show. She thought this was very early for the late show.
Wow- this whole thing has felt like a Three Stooges episode!:)
I love Disney....but this has been exhausting!

FYI - I've just contacted the site Admins to let them know that the Illuminations viewing is an error. It is not included this year.

Depends on the restaurant. Some have the same menu all day (e.g. Via Napoli) while others have a different menus for lunch and dinner (e.g. Chefs).

Pardon my ignorance. I really had no idea about this processional until today but I did reserve this based upon the interest of you all. I trust that it's good if there's this much interest. Also never really been to any Epcot sit down places so I don't know the choices well. I booked Garden Grill for dinner 3:00 12/30 figuring it would appeal to the picky eaters in my group. Is Garden Grill a buffet?
Where are you guys finding adult prices for dinner?
I'm having a hard time finding real good info on what this actually is.

Garden Grill is served family style. It's my favorite character meal of all. You should be fine there. Let me know if you have any more questions. If I don't know, I can get the answers for you.:thumbsup2

So there will be characters there for the processional dinner package? I would love to know the cost. I can't believe I pulled the trigger on the reservation without knowing. I must really trust you all.
