I have a question regarding the MB and gaining access to SAB. Not sure if they have added the ability to scan a MB for access to SAB so do they scan the MB to gain access or will we still be issued a card that shows we are staying at the BC. I hope the MB is all that is needed I don't want to have to keep track of a card also.

Getting excited about our stay in a few weeks. :cool1: Especially after is snowed again this week!

They just scanned our MB's at SAB. We didn't need our room key. Have a great time on your trip, the BC and SAB are awesome:)

Do you need a reservation at beaches and cream for the kitchen sink? I was going to take my son when the mood striked.

I hate that you need a reservation for B&C. It would be nice if they would expand the size of the restaurant then you might not need an ADR. It hard to plan that at 2:00 p.m on Sat. that you will be in the mood for ice cream.

I totally agree!
Is the to go counter still an option? The last time we were there we got ice cream to go and ate at our lounge chairs. That was in 2009, so maybe it's changed since then?

I had asked those in the restuarant thread about The Fountain at the Dolphin and got really great feedback about it. It's also an ice cream/burger soda fountain place and I heard you can usually always do a walk up. It may be an alternative to Beaches and Cream now. If someone tries it let us know if they think it may be a "hidden gem" popcorn::

I went about 10 years ago when we stayed at the Dolphin and I liked it then. :confused3

Still was an option last summer but the menu is very limited. Think single or double scoop ice cream cones, maybe a milkshake or a sundae. No kitchen sink.

Hey gang!

DH and I have decided to do our 18th anniversary dinner while we are in the World!:cool1: We will be kidless that night..... Any suggestions? We aren't picky eaters. Thanks!:cool1:

Blue zoo would be really great for an anniversary dinner! Great drinks, appetizers and meals that aren't always your standard fare. They had a nice multi course chefs' dinner paired with wines that we tried once. It was a great experience.

Where is that located YCfan? Sounds great!:cool1:

Artist Point is Bob's and my favorite for a special occasion.

A vote for Narcoossee's - our favorite restaurant in Disney.

Plus it's so nice to be able to see both Wishes and the Electrical Parade from the restaurant (if you time it right).

Teena - have a wonderful cruise! Sounds like a great "last minute" idea!

This will be our first stay at BC, is there a bakery or fast type place for breakfast? We like to use a snack credit for breakfast.

All of the suggestions so far are really nice. Artist Point and Narcoossee's are favorites of mine too as well as Flying Fish, California Grill, Jiko and Yachtsman Steakhouse.

I suggested Bluezoo because it's different and located at the Dolphin where you could just walk over to and then afterwards take a nice stroll around Crescent Lake.

BC Marketplace is available for quick breakfast items as well as lunch and snack items. There are quite a few pictures at the beginning of this thread.

Watching Tangled on TV. Do you think 112 days is too early to start a Disney movie per night countdown? ;)

Just booked my fast passes. T-minus 60 days ! Don't really like having to decide now what I am doing in 2 months but it did make the trip feel closer . Going in with a positive attitude about fp+. YC here we come ( well in 60 days that is )

I booked ours at midnight! Not sure if I made wise choices but we can always change them if we want (hopefully) :thumbsup2. Just hoping the Little Miss doesn't want to keep seeing Anna & Elsa because that was sort of a pain to get :crazy2: But I didn't have any trouble with the other ones. Now I will just have to decide which one I want to get rid of when and if the Mine Train FP+ opens up :cool1:

SO EXCITED!!!! Just booked a last minute cruise on Disney Fantasy. We leave April 5th for 7 nights. So I will not be in the lobby on April 6, 7, 13 and 14. I'll be back Easter Sunday. FANTASY AND CASTAWAY CAY ... HERE WE COME!!!!!

So bummed out! Coming in on the 2nd for my birthday with my sis for a long weekend and were so looking forward to introducing my sister. We will miss you and will have to wait until June/July when I am back with Ron and Nicki
