How has the grab-and-go affected the operations at Mizner's? Is it too crazy to grab a drink in the afternoon?

There are no drinks at Mizners right now - well maybe a beer. They have moved the bar service to the bar at Citricos.

CRSNDSNY - We prefer the marina view when staying in Sugar Loaf. It's very quiet. I've never stayed on the pool side, but I have"heard" that you can hear the sounds from guests using the pool during the day and night.

Marina side is quiet and we love looking at the water and the boats.

Good to know. Thank you! I can't imagine the pools will be very busy right now - it's not super hot down there.

Can't wait! I'm sure we'll enjoy any view we have in that building.

If you do a reservation vs booking through dvc member you do get daily housekeeping.

Well! I'm glad I asked. Is Citricos' bar open at 1 p.m. or 5 p.m.?

Also, how crazy has the Citricos bar been recently? That place gets swamped with guests bearing pagers trying to get the bartenders' attention.

Mizner's is not serving alcoholic drinks during the time it is serving as a grab and go location. You have to go to the bar at Citricos or one of the pool bars.

We just returned from our trip on Wednesday. We were in room 9411 in Big Pine Key and we had a similar view.

One of her last wishes was to be sure to get two Christmas ornaments -- one for each granddaughter so they will continue to have a new one each year.

So, anyone been at the Grand lately, what's the latest going on there besides the Gaspy renovation?

I'm so sorry. Losing a parent is really hard.

When we were there they were still fencing in the beach pool. Depending on how fast they work, they may be through before you get there. The pool was still open, we just ended up taking a different pathway around it.

We got back last Wednesday and all the fencing is finished. It looks like they are going to put in some new lighting near the kids splash pad.

Hi, Tom. Sorry about your loss. My away-ness wasn't quite as bad as that, just trying to keep a business afloat. Had to cancel my Dec 3rd trip to the Grand. That was tough to do.

But I'm back...dreaming again of our next trip to Disney...hopefully, I won't have to cancel my next reservation! I'm aiming for May, but we shall see.

I know it's early but I'm already excited about our next trip to the GF! We booked for next summer (August 2017), normally I switch it up every trip and do one trip in a MK area resort and the next trip in an Epcot area resort but the GF was so nice this year the family decided to stay there again next year.

I do have a question hough my room only reservation confirmation I received in my email doesn't list the category I booked (it only says I booked a wheelchair accessible with roll in shower, 2 queens) which is what I booked but it doesn't say anything more, shouldn't it list the category we booked?
