I'm looking forward to trying out the wine and champagne lounge now!

Still curious about take-out from the Cafe. What's offered and where can I sit with it. Not a fan of bringing food back to my room.

Where is the wine and champagne lounge? I am also (as evidenced from my multiple inquires lol) about the logistics of GF Cafe 'take out'.

So, we have a Water view.....any suggestions on the building?

We prefer a quieter location away from the hustle and bustle ....We are all healthy and can walk to where ever....

The Grand is a very small resort and is, therefore, relatively quiet no matter what building you stay in. When you say "water view," do you mean Lagoon View? That puts you in either Big Pine Key, Conch Key or Boca Chica. I've been in all three and have had lovely views from all three. My booking category was Lagoon View. From BPK we had a view of the Polynesian Huts, From BC, we were upgraded to TPV and had a spectacular view of the MK. In Conch we had a beautiful view of the CR and part of the MK. You really can't go wrong in any of the buildings. Several times we've booked garden view and had a view of the marina and courtyard that were awesome. The only bad view we ever had was the dreaded back of the poolhouse from BPK, which was a "garden view" room, however, I was there for a conference so it really didn't matter.

The champagne lounge is on the first floor underneath Mizners and the band.
OH! Great. I was hoping for a time to enjoy a drink and the lobby music.

Is there also a bar area at Citricos? Yes, I've got an adults-only trip coming up in 3 weeks! Can't wait!

Yes, Citricos has a bar area. They are also utilizing the waiting area outside Citricos and Victoria and Alberts as bar seating for drinks and food from Citricos.

Thank you so much!!! Do you happen to have a photo of the 'to go' menu? Is it the same as the regular menu? Is Mizner still serving lounge food in the evenings?

Where is this located? I don't see anything on the website. Is there a 21 and over restriction?

I appreciate your info and helping us all out!
forgot to answer the 21 and over question--there was a family with children in there when we were there last night, so not a problem.

Beaches Pool Bar menu, sorry I cut off the last kids meal price. Will post the other menus as soon as we get back to the GF, we're still at Epcot Food & Wine at the moment.

Thank you! If you could possibly take a photo of the room service menu I would be so grateful!

Although this is dated December 2015, I'm pretty certain everything on here was on the menu when we were there in 2016 as well.

Thanks!
I just asked and they said the full GF Cafe menu is available for takeout.
Thank you! Do you know where you would sit if ordered take out? Or do most people seem to be bringing it back to the room?

You can sit anywhere you want--in the lobby (would just be low tables but comfy couches!) or I would suggest outside at a table by the pool or something.

Hmmm you know, since Citricos won't be open in the morning you could go up there and sit in the waiting area. Also still low tables but would probably be available and not many people would think of it.

Ok I will try some more cropped menu pics.
