2013 Winter Special

I just got an email from Mousemisers for 2013 Winter special for Annual Passholders for travel dates Jan 2 - March 22. Will they offer this for the public and how long after for AP's do they release it to the public?

The general public discounts came out in early Oct, they are just a little less than the AP rates.

Oh yeah I forgot about that part. The discounts have been sporadic,I think it is anyone's guess at this point. Sorry, I know that isn't what you want to hear.
