Somehow I was lucky enough to get through exactly as the lines opened at 7 am. I didn't get an estimated wait time nor did it play any music. I was on silent hold as were some yesterday. However at 6:17 am a CM came on line. I was only looking for one luncheon which didn't have any "Chase" spots left by the time I got through yesterday but they DID have availability today

So I am all booked for the Italian Food and Wine Pairing on 10/10 and everything shows correctly on MDE.

Yep. I called in at 7am. Got through to a CM at 7:16 am & they weren't able to book anything. Said that the IT department is working on it. They have no idea when people will be able to book F&W events. Said to call back later today. Very, very frustrating.

Holy Cow that is terrible!! I can't even believe that. Not sure how I dodge that bullet but I got a CM at 7:17 and was able to book. It was only just one event though.

My wait time was 20 minutes. I got 3 out of the 5 items we wanted. Hibachi Exp (Oct15 or 22) was sold out and so was Parisian Breakfast (Oct 19). We did get POTS Reserved seating on Oct 19 and French Region Lunch on Oct 20!

The signature dinners page does not have any check availability links (at least when I log in). Is anyone else seeing them?

No. And since they are only booked via phone, it makes sense. The "Check availability" is only there so that, in theory, you could book if there was availability.

Was on hold for 30 minutes, just got a CM on the phone, but I'm not feeling hopeful about him..... Been connected to him for 7 minutes now and haven't gotten anywhere.

I got through immediately. Without holding. Got reserved for PFTS 10/26 and Italian Regional 10/28. French Regional 10/27 and Kitchen Memories 10/25 showed as unavailable. Even though I was doubtless one of the first callers to get through. Something is wrong, either they sold out just some events yesterday, or these events are not loaded in the system.

I've been flipping back and forth between my personal Verizon phone and my work phone. The "all circuits are busy" message is definitely preferable on the latter: it's a soothing baritone who at least sounds vaguely apologetic. The Verizon woman sounds tetchy and frayed.

Got thru at 6:21. CM told me Kitchen memories was booked for 10/25. Then tried PFTS 10/26 and she told me it was booked. I said no way, Jose. There has to be a system glitch. Then she tried again and found two reserved seats for me for PFTS. Yay!

I kept asking about Kitchen memories on 10/25 and said I was really disappointed if they sold all the tickets to VISA holders yesterday since I AM a VISA holder and the info I got didn't say lunches would be available to book. Then she said someone had called yesterday at 7:01 am and that particular Kitchen Memory was showing as booked then. That made no sense so I asked her to check with a supervisor to see what was wrong in the system. She put me on hold and came back eventually to say she got the date! It seems that 10/25 Kitchen Memory wasn't in the system yet, although the rest of the Kitchen Memory options were.

So, I am booked!

Interesting. Sometimes I get the smooth operator voice and sometimes the beep beep beep, all circuits are busy message. Keeps it interesting.
