2013 Disneyland F&W Festival???

I know the F&W Festival @ Disneyland was canceled for 2011 & 2012 seasons due to refurbs...and there was speculation that the cancelation would probably only be for the two seasons and could come back in 2013. However, I haven't heard/seen anything on this since the announcement in 2010. Has anyone heard/seen if indeed the F&W Festival will be returning in 2013??? Or has it been permanently canceled???

When Disney said it wouldn't return due to construction, speculation began that it would return in 2013 becauce the construction would be done. There is no known plans for it to return, just speculation.
