2013 booking date?

Anyone know about when Disney will release 2013 hotel only bookings? and/or packages? I think I've read hotel only is usually first? I don't think I've ever had a date picked out so early. ..

Rates for the following year usually come out sometime in August. With that said, the 2012 rates came out the first week of June 2011. A room only reservation can be made 499 days out, being quoted at the current year's highest rate and then automatically adjusted once the new rates are released. This requires a deposit of 1 night's room rate + tax. Also, you have to call to book that far ahead. To book a package or book online, you have to wait until the new rates come out.
