Can someone help, I can't find the post about secret exit to boardwalk or the secret entrance to Epcot. I must be overlooking them.

Well I am right near a secret exit to Epcot . Not THE secret exit but my room # is 2598 and it is a corner room. If I exit and go down one flight and follow the path there I am... Almost to Epcot

Here is the July activities schedule. I tried playing around with the contrast of the schedule so that it is easier to read than the all purple ones, but I'm not sure if I succeeded.

Friday July 19: Teen Beach Movie (TV-G)

Thanks so much for the update. DD9 is excited now. She was already asking to get back to the resort by 8 to watch Teen Beach Movie. (Disney has been advertising it enough!) I told her we'd set our home DVR just in case, but if it's going to be on the big screen at YC, and on the beach, weather permitting, it sounds like the perfect evening at WDW!

I have a question though. The advertised TV premier for this movie is 8:00 July 19. But the Movies by the Beach are at 9:00. Now, I don't suppose the YC is just running the cable TV directly to the big screen, so they probably can just display the whole movie from a different source at 9:00. Maybe without even showing the commercials? That would be super cool. Is that what they normally do in a case like this? I do realize this is a Disney movie AT a Disney resort, so they ought to be able to do that. Just wondering if anyone knows for sure. We will be at BOG at 6:30, so I really don't want to rush back for an 8:00 movie.

Hey everyone I am in need of some help. This will be our first stay at the YC GV CL and wondered what were some of your favorite places to eat. Also, I have read about the cruise for the fireworks and also wanted to know if it was worth the extra expense I am trying to plan this trip the best I can. This trip is in celebration for my DS(12)...Thank you so much for your help

We love Cape May Cafe for breakfast and dinner. When we were at BC last week we at at the Captain's Grille for the first time. The food was great, it wasn't crowded and the waitress was wonderful.

We had a great day ate breakfast at club level
No crowds at all Hot oatmeal with fixings fresh fruit there was cereal and bagels muffins and plenty of things to drink.
Got to Magic Kingdom just as it opened and we walked on all rides.

Pirates of the Caribbean
Jungle Cruise
Peter Pan
Had lunch at 11:30 at Be our Guest we all like it except DS9 he didn't care for the turkey sandwich but DH loved his.

Went back to BC at 1:30 and went swimming then rested up a bit
Had a lite dinner at club level them headed over to Epcot went on Test Track (1 ht wait)
Finished the night with Illuminations
All and all perfect Disney Day
Weather was so so but did not effect is at all

Be Our Guest folder with bounceback for 2013 should still be in the rooms in the new packets that are in the rooms. You won't get it like before at check-in.

Bob Update: Still swollen and red but today is the first day his voice sounded normal. He still is weak. We go back to doctor tomorrow morning. From what I hear from other people, this is to be expected. It's a big deal operation and one person told me their mother wasn't back to feeling fine for two weeks. We are both very anxious to get the all clear for Monday's trip to Newport Beach!!!

All the Tastycakes we've gotten this past weekend is helping Bob heal though and Jeanne and Lily will benefit from them since I'm taking a bunch with us to Newport Beach. You guys all spoil me and the family so much. Thank you!!!!

So glad he is on the mend!!

Thanks for the update! I was looking at the lines app this morning ( preparing for next week!) and I noticed the short waits at MK and wondered if they were accurate. Glad to hear they were and I'm hoping for low crowds next week too!

I just wanted to mentioned I have been using an app called WDW lines and it has been right on the money with wait times etc. it also tells you the best parks to go on what days and it has been working great for us.

We has no wait at BOG we walked in at 11:30 when we were leaving there was a wait line not too long maybe fifteen deep but i would guess it to be twenty minutes or so wait. The food came out real quick it's neat to be in the castle you find your own seat and get your own drinks from a fountain station. They bring your food to you in a cart. It's pretty neat.

I just had to mention I am sitting out on the Juliette balcony( actually the chair is inside my feet outside) with a cup of coffee looking at this beautiful resort. It is just so nice I can see SAB and the courtyard and beyond that the beach and The boardwalk. I keep pinching myself and feeling so grateful to be here.

I was thinking the same thing ocalla but ill enjoy it while it lasts. Today the weather is beautiful so I think everyone will be out. We are heading back out soon keeping ahead of the crowds Ill post back tonight

We've been here since June 24th and I've been shocked at how low the crowds have been too. Reading nothing but doom and gloom regarding a summer WDW trip I prepared for the worst but it has been fine...IF you come at rope drop. We've been to Magic Kingdom 4 days since we've been here and did RD on 3 of them and got so much done before everyone else comes in around 10:30-11:00. The one day we didn't do RD it was too crowded to ride anything! The only park that was crazy from the start has been Hollywood Studios. They really need to do something about that park because the logjam that is created by TSM and R&R is crazy! It was pandemonium. Speaking of RD we are headed to MK for it now!
