It's official, we're getting married Nov. 4, 2012 at the Wedding Pavilion, followed by a reception at the Grand Floridian.

We had to move our date up a week due to a convention...

And I just received the email from our consultant that we have tentatively confirmed SBP/ADH for November 4, 2012! Only 4 more months til we get that LOA!

I have all my addresses on my side of who I'm inviting to send out my save the dates just waiting for him to get addresses from him then and I'm getting stamps today and waiting for my return address labels so I can finally send them out. one less thing to now worry about. Then move onto the important stuff In October.

Hope everybody's planning is going well - I'm so jealous of those of you who have less than a year to go!

Although we are too far out to request our date yet, DF and I are trying to narrow it down and decide on a preference. We definitely want to get married in November (and attend MVMCP!) but have complete flexibility otherwise because it will just be the two of us, so a week day is fine.

As an international bride I was wondering if anybody is aware of any dates in November we should avoid? e.g. if there are any big events on at WDW, any holidays (I know Thanksgiving is in late November?)

Knowing my luck I'll pick a date on the busiest weekend of the year

Congrats! And good luck! I would say as early in November possible, as they start thanksgiving and the craziness from the holidays will begin soon after the first and second weeks in November.

When you get your date let me know I'll add you to the list.

we go everyyear for thanksgiving and its packed.... but last year we went 2 weeks and stayed one week after and it wasnt that bad everything had 20 min wait or less it was nice
