2012 packages are out!

Ticket prices announced now instead of August... ddp brochure already out.

So I plugged in my Feb 2012 travel dates into the Disney website, and sure enough it is offering me packages.

So basic pricing is out now. Hopefully special offers soon.

I figured something was up. I just tried to get a price for moving my trip from November to October, and it said that the system was down. I was hoping that they were adding new specials for the end of the year...

Thanks so much! I thought I was going to have to wait until August to book our trip for January. Just checked and the price is actually a little better than I was expecting. Now just need to decide if I should book now, or wait to see if a deal comes out. Thanks again. This is soo exciting .

I just tried plugging in Nov 2012 dates and it's saying that nothing is available. I highly doubt that WL and POFQ are already booked?!

You can only book 499 days in advance. Once you reach that window you will be able to book for 2012.

I decided just to go ahead and book my package now. I'm going from January 17th to the 24th .

If a deal does come out for my dates, I can just get the deal applied to my reservation correct?

Just booked our Poly package for October 2012 on-line!!!

As a PP noted, you can only book 500 days in advance which right now only takes you up to late October 2012.

Oh and yes, if you book now and special offers come up later for your dates they do apply, you just have to call and talk to someone.

Thanks for letting me know! Now I'll just have to keep an eye out and keep my fingers crossed.

I do have one other question though. I noticed when I was reading over my reservation info. that it had a disclaimer about 2012 pricing being able to change until you're paid in full. Has anyone actually had pricing change on them in the past? I'm a worrier by heart, and of course when I saw that my heart started to race a little with visions of the price tripling rolling through my head .

Nothing was mentioned to me on the phone reguarding price changes if things are not totally paid for, but who knows. I wouldn't stress about it too much because if it happens it happens and all you can do is either save a little harder or just let it be.

EDIT: Just checked my confirmation email and this is what it says at the bottom:

Effective for arrivals January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.

Prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until package is paid in full. After package is paid in full, package price is subject to change due to imposition of taxes or other charges of governmental authorities. Everyone on the same reservation must be on the same package and purchase the same ticket options. Additional adult charges may apply for more than two adults per room. If air transportation is included in the package, the airfare is not guaranteed until paid in full and the tickets are issued.
