2012 CP watch thread.. who's in?

We have never been to this before . It looks like Olivia Newton John will be our narrator. My question is: To secure a ressie , I am assuming that they charge your credit card. What if you use dining credits ? Do they reverse the charge on your card and credit you back at the end of your meal?

They do not charge your card when you book. They do require it in case you are a no show. You pay when you eat (either with dining credits or out of pocket).

a few questions here:

I understand there are lunch meals and dinner meals as part of the package...are there certain times you must eat to do the package?

Are there certain show times for the CP or is it just once a night?

Can you book them online or must you only call in?

There are 3 shows a night- 5pm, 6:45pm and 8:15pm. When you tell them which show you want to attend they will tell you the dining times available for that show. The earlier the show you want to attend, the earlier your ADR will be. You can book online and over the phone.

From easywdw:

Show 1 (5:00pm): Dining reservation between 1:45pm-2:45pm

Show 2 (6:45pm): Dining reservation between 3:30pm-4:30pm

Show 3 (8:15pm): Dining reservation between 5:00pm-6:00pm

This might be a silly question..but does anyone know if I can book my CP dinner package even if my 180 day window hasn't open yet? I know they are available on June 26th...but my window opens June 29th. Do I have to wait?
:confused3

I just want to know when I can make a regular (non-CP) booking at one of the currently "not released" restaurants.

I didn't read through the entire 4 pages so I'm not sure if this has been answered yet or not.

You will be able to book regular (non-CP) dining reservations (the current ones that are being "held") on the same date that you are able to book CP -- which is June 26th. I spoke to multiple dining CM's today & they have all confirmed this information!

If we're just looking for a non-CP ADR, does anyone know if those will be available at start of business that day?

ME TOO! I guess I'll join the watch, si I can know when to expect the regular reservations to be released! Surely not all of the dining is used for CP.

Does anyone know what time on June 26 they will open for reservations? Thanks!

I plan on making one Epcot Candlelight Processional dining reservation, too.

I just wanted to let you guys know that on June 20, 2012 at 12pm, I was able to make "regular" Epcot Dining Reservations at Le Cellier Restaurant and Coral Reef Restaurant and The Garden Grill Restaurant and Rose and Crown Pub and Dining Restaurant.

Just in case you wanted to make any regular reservations at these restaurants.

Good luck. Ray

What restaurants participate in the CP packages? Can you get LeCellier for an 8:15 show? Do I book the CP package on the dining site? I have to work until 2 p.m. On June 26... Will everything be gone by 2:30 when I get home from work? I have mo internet access at work, ARRRGH!!! Need a CP package for Thurs. Nov. 25th. I wish I didn't have to work that day!!! I have made ADR's before...but I have never done this CP package before!

Thanks for the heads up, Ray. I had pretty much given up on reserving until after the CP dining had been opened. Now I have my Le Cellier lunch booked. :thumbsup2

Another grateful thanks for the heads up. Got my Le Cellier lunch for my best friends birthday, woo woo!

To go to the 8:15 show, your reservation would be btwn 5 and 6. Last year LeCellier only offered a lunch seating for CP. HERE is the list of restaurants from last year.

Does anyone know if you can add the CP package to an existing reservation? The dates I will be there are still TBA and I dont want to book that package until I know who is going to bethere. But I also didn't want to risk not getting a reservation at Le Crooked.

No you cannot. If you have any interest, book it, then cancel if you change your mind.

You're welcome.

I was shocked to get mine, too.

The forum looks pretty slow today.

I guess most folks got their Epcot dining reservations.
