My son has one share of Disney stock so I will keep an eye on things and give you a heads up if the company should start to tank

We will too! Our two older boys share one share of Disney stock! It was a gift from my little brother (who chose to celebrate his 13th birthday at BC nearly 20 years ago!) He photocopied the certificate and framed each one (yes, there was a dispute over who gets the original and who gets the better frame) and they chose to hang the certificates over their beds. Each trip (and for that matter, each vinylmation purchase) is a contribution to their share. So it seems a BC "Disney shareholders" convention is in order, right?

Not sure if I am putting this is the correct place (in fact, pretty sure I'm not...) but....... I WANT TO PLAY NOODLE SWAP TOO!!! My hubby and I will be at YC checking in on Feb 3rd and checking out Feb 5th for our belated honeymoon/ belated one year anniversary/ hubs birthday trip. I would just love to experience YC for the first time with the Noodle Family!! Sure they'd be great resort tour guides

You are the first reservation for the noodles in 2012. I'm sure others will join you on the list.

We haven't had a noodle report since the end of August, so hopefully someone will chime in soon and let us know how they are doing.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know what a great thread this is!!!! All this info and reviews/pics are absoultely great on the BC and WDW happenings.

We are planning to go from May 16-24, 2012 staying at a studio in BCV. It will be dd 9th bday and also our first family trip to WDW (last time I was there was 1999 at Boardwalk).

I've got some questions, but holding off till I catch up on the thread. Still got 100 pgs to go, but it's like a good book (again, great job everyone!!), I just can't put it down.

Hmmm....another reason to come to the BC....Now there's going to be a run on the stock and we can all sell our 1 share and retire to a life of luxury!

Thanks, MM! This makes much more sense now. Apparently I was just the subject of a sting operation on how to handle customer issues....

All jokes aside, I had no idea they were expanding to China until walking through the Walt Disney exhibit in DHS... we were pretty surprised that was ongoing!

Thank you for posting these.

Some of their new ideas do not appeal to me at all. I get stressed figuring out my ADR's. I can't imagine having to figure out ride times that far in advance as well. It would be too much work for me not an asset.

Not sure I like not having to go into a checkin desk either. I actually look forward to that personal interaction.

Don't even get me started on Avatar as an attraction. Hopefully they can make it appealing. More appealing than the movie. We did not care for the movie much. It was okay but not as good as they hype had us believe it would be.

Good thing for us is we are going this next year and then don't know when we will be able to go back after that. I guess we will have lots of reviews on any of these changes before we go.

I hated the idea of the no rope drop at Epcot and then I read the reviews of it and felt much better. Now I actually hope it is a good thing. Hopefully all of these will be as well.

Ok... so apologies up front because this isn't going to be YC/BC related but you guys are all so sweet and I'm sure we'll be back there for a longer trip in the future but.....

I just booked a 3 night surprise Valentine's weekend at Disney!!!

I'm insane.

No, for those of you who are wondering, I didn't get an awesome comp from the manager of the YC or Disney... I just decided we needed to go back SOON, before I run out of things to plan!

We'll be staying at one of those *other* resorts, but it will still be a great trip. Now, I just need to keep this trip a secret from my DH (those of you who know me, know I stink at secrets...but this time I'll get it right!!!)
