For the experts or experienced. Can we have our boarding passes printed at BC or is their a place to "check in" to our airline?
We have stayed at CSR and CBR in the past, at CSR we printed our passes in the convention area and at CBR they checked us in right at the resort. Does BC offer either of these services?
Thank you
32 days to go!!!!!!!!!
We like to check-in for our flight exactly 24 hours in advance for the best seating assignment or seating zone (depending on the airline.) But that's tough when we're out at the parks! So this is what BC has done for us in the past:
1) When staying non-CL, we called down to the front desk and they took all our flight information. At the 24-hour mark, they checked us in and printed our boarding passes. The next morning (departure day) we stopped by the front desk and picked up our boarding passes.
2) When staying CL, the CL CMs assisted us. I stop by the desk to tell the CMs (for our most recent stay, Carrie, who was very helpful) that we'd like to check in at the 24-hour point. They always take care of it. In this most recent example, Carrie she said she would keep an eye on the clock and check us in. We happened to be in the lounge at that 24-hour mark, so she stopped by to ask about seating preferences and printed out our boarding passes moments later.
In both cases, very easy!
I've checked in at the outside airline check-in desk in the past, but that doesn't work for us if we're out and about at the 24-hour mark. I remember having some difficulty at both Poly and AKL on trips earlier year because they wanted to run it through that airline check-in desk and the hours are limited. AKL's front desk would assist, but required me to be present for the airline check-in and would not allow me to just phone in my request, like BC. BC has been consistently great with airline check-in!
