Congrats on the 32 yr anniversary Teena.

We will be celebrating our 10th Anniversary while at YC in August as well.

First time staying on site since our 2nd anniversary spent at all star sports.

First time ever staying on site for our 4 yr old daughter I am interested to see how different it may be then when we took her last year and stayed offsite.

Bob and I just booked the Beach Club for three nights for our anniversary (32 years). We arrive 8/2 for three nights. Our anniversary is 8/4.

We made dinner reservations for each night already and got what we wanted.

We are super excited!!!

SAB here we come.

We will be checking in on July 30-August 4th. My 40th Birthday is August 2 and our 10th anniversary will be August 4th. I hope you enjoy your stay, You deserve it after all you are going thru.

That's fantastic ... we have the same anniversary. We should have a drink together at SAB!!!!!

Already done!!!

Mike- I added Teena- check out her dates :)

I also added priskillet July 26-Aug 2 BC

.

Yeah I know. Her peanut is going to be born on my birthday and now we are staying at BC same time.....Karma I tell you. It's karma..:flower3:

Another side bar. Found some of that good airfare that was floating around so booked (DW DGS and Me!) a flight from Charlotte. As I did this I had the impulse to add a couple more nights. (Let's face it, four nights are just not enough!) So we added on two nights at 'The Dark Side'. So excited to get over even if it is just for a couple nights. So that puts us at BC CL Aug 3- Aug 7 and YC GV from Aug 7 - Aug 9.

Added to page 4 and also big ole Welcome priskillet.

So excited we'll be there at the same time. Bob and I normally spend our time under an umbrella reading and playing cards when we aren't in the lazy river with our noodles.

Hello to everyone on the 2011 yacht & Beach Club FAQ!

I'm happy to say that I have started to run into some of you at the pool and I received a request for an update on our comings and goings. Mostly we have been hanging around the pool, but then you would expect that from a bunch of pool noodles!

Pastina purchased one of those water proof cameras and she gave it a real work out. Feel free to take a gander at our flicker account for the latest pool pictures from Pastina. They are positively pleasant!

PS. Hope to see you at Storm Along Bay!

Just wanted to check in. We are still around, just have had alot going on. I have been going through tests and I am now getting refered to a surgant to get my gallblader out. Still not for sure but looks like I will be heading for an OR in the future. I will be glad for the pain to stop!

My son got his SAT's back and he blew them out of the water! He just finished the 6th grade. I have been homeschooling him since 3rd grade. The private christian school I sub-teach let him take the SATs with the other kids this year and not only was he on average he was also above average on over 10 things. His social science (history) was at a nineth grade level and his over all was above a 7th grade level!! I am so proud of him!!

With the possible surgery coming up our trip might have to be scaled down. It is so frustrating when unexpected things come up! Then my extended family does not understand my families love for Disney. They say, "Just stay home this year, or go somewhere else for a change" My family looks forward to our trips to Disney every year and we save hard to go.
Sorry I guess I am sounding off a little tonight!

By the way love the new pictures of the noodle family! It put a smile on my face tonight.

Catch up with you all later!

We booked Cape May, Yachtsman, Boma, Tony's, LeCellier, and Teppan Edo. Has anyone eaten at Teppan Edo? It will be a first for us. Also a first at Cape May and Yachtsman. We recently switched one of our ADR's from Coral Reef to Yachtsman based on a lot of mixed reviews for Coral Reef. Do these seem like good choices?

Thanks. 42 days and counting!

Great dining picks!

Le Cellier, Boma and Cape May are our favorites- we went to all of these places in both 2009 and 2010. I have reveiws of these from my 2010 trip in my TR. We have always enjoyed past meals at Teppan Edo, but no recent visits. There are just so many excellent choices and so little time!

Teena - what better place to spend your anniversary than BC! August 4 must be a popular date - that's my younger sister and my neice's birthdays!

Maybe I should tell Jeanne to hold off and have Peanut on 8/4. Unfortunately after talking to her after her doctor's visit yesterday, the doctor said the baby might actually decide to arrive before the scheduled c-section. He's not changing the date though. Told her to take it easy. That's going to be hard since she's teaching summer school. She said she has to make as much extra money as she can before Peanut arrives.

Just wanted to let everyone here know that we are headed back to BCV in January :cool1:. We will be there from 1/22-1/25 after we come off of a 7 night (non Disney) cruise. We are all so ecstatic since BCV is one of our favorite resorts on property. My IL's will be joining us too...this will be their first time staying in a Deluxe resort, they usually either stay off site or in a value or moderate (if they want to splurge). We are DVC members and were able to book 2 studios. This is my DH's birthday trip....all of us have celebrated our b-days at Disney except for him and he thought it was about time :goodvibes. Teena, when we were there last month I had seen you a couple of times in the lobby but you seemed too busy doing other things so I didn't bother you, however I hope to meet you in January :goodvibes

Heather, That is great news about your son! I hope you feel better soon. :flower3:

Good Job Joeseph!

All that hard work will pay off big as you get older. I'm always telling Penne and Ramen that they can't just float through life! I admire your diligence and perseverance with your studies. I know that you are probably the kind of kid who makes it look easy, but I realize that you really put in a great effort to get there. KEEP GOING! After all that hard work I hope you have a great summer!

Heather I hope your gall bladder problem gets better. My Uncle Gnocchi was suffering from an air bladder problem until they used super glue to fix him up. He was really deflated about the whole situation but now he is back in action! If you look closely at one of the pictures on our flickr, you can see the bottom half of Uncle Gnocchi flying through the air while the people in the pool try to knock him around. No wonder he was having problems!

Take care!

Paul Noodle
