This is a great series. I don't really care who wins but I'm enjoying some fantastic baseball. It's nice to just enjoy the game without feeling mad all the time(I'm a Nats fan if you haven't guessed already, they're getting better, though!).

Agree, although I want the cards to win.

I feel like it is an evenly matched series. Tonight will we see whose pitching falls apart if any or both of us. These are the 4th round pitchers.

They might walk Pujols, which will either go OK or might fire up the other batters.

Anyway, I don't think the Rangers are giving out those secrets so it will be exciting to watch tonight!!!!

Derek Holland actually was the 3rd round pitcher in the other series...but with him you never know what you're going to get. Either he is a beast or he falls apart. You can hope he falls apart...me, I'm hoping we get the Beast Derek Holland. Derek has pitched complete game shut outs before....I'm hoping one comes tonight Lol! Another thing about Derek is that he usually gets massive run support while he's pitching. But heck...the Rangers got 7 runs last night but it doesn't matter when the other team scores a million.

I know it doesn't matter in the total scheme of the game...but that blown call at first was bad....very very bad.

I hate watching the national announcers...I feel like they don't know my Rangers at all. I live eat and breathe Texas Ranger baseball. Watch pretty much every single game from Spring training until the end, listen to local sports radio every day to hear more about them and some of the stuff they say about them is crap. Like Michael Young is so good defensively?? Uh no...I love Michael Young and think he's an awesome guy and I love his bat...but " the ball goes past a diving Michael Young" is something Ranger fans hear all the time. His defense is not stellar at all. And PLEASE learn how to say Elivis's last name....the way they are saying it isn't right...go ask Tom Grieve or Josh Lewin (man I miss him calling Ranger games) or Eric Nadel how it's pronounced before you botch it on national tv.

AMEN TO THAT!!! During the playoffs they kept calling "Freese" with an "s" sound and it is pronounced FREEZE through the entire playoff series.

I just want to punch them in the face sometimes with their remarks.

Glad I'm not the only one bothered by the stupid announcers! I get mad and have to step back and realize that they have no idea who MY Rangers are. Because although the Rangers have been in 1st place pretty much the entire season and are dang good in my opinion they aren't on the National Sports news radar much at all.

I wish we could turn off the sound...but we have satellite so we are on a slight delay from real time.

Congrats to Derek Holland!!! Wish he could have finished it instead of Feliz coming in with his typical drama!!

I think Beltre was a HUGE factor in this game!! He got so many outs that many 3rd basemen couldn't!!

Tied at 2!!! Great series so far!!

Lol....a complete game shut out only comes from amazing pitching. I'm pretty sure the Cards had their heart in the game....it's the World Series. I've watched Derek Holland all year and like I said before, he's either on or off and tonight...he was ON!!
