Hi everyone! Just back on Saturday from the most fabulous trip! A quick intro to my family...Me, DH, DS (12, almost 13 and oh so full of 'teenager-ness') DD 10 who has CP and is in a wheelchair. I love that there is so much for her to do at Disney. From the moment we walked up to that ME counter, just about everyone went above and beyond to make her feel special. We were welcomed at the BC with a wonderful surprise and were personally escorted up to our room, which was draw dropping (tear filled and hopping up and down as well) gorgeous! Not only did we have a full balcony, we had a daybed and a view of Storm along Bay, the lagoon and the Boardwalk. Oh, and it was on the 5th floor

MAJOR PIXIE DUST!!!!!!
On Sunday we had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Teena. It was so nice to see you in person Teena, you are certainly one of the jewels of the Beach Club and I'm thankful we were able to connect in person.
I loved the location of the resort, the walk to Epcot was super convenient, as well as the Boardwalk. We ended up taking the boat over to HS, a pretty & relaxing ride. No problems with bus service, the drivers were all great with the wheelchair as well.
We ate dinner at Cape May and Yachtsman (yumm! my dh and I are split on the Lecellier debate, but that is another board!) And we had breakfast at the Captains Grill and lunch at Hurricane Hannahs. My dd and I split the dinner at Yachtsman and burger and fries at Hurricane Hanna's. Serving sizes were more than enough. We did buffets at the other two.
Although the slide was down for our whole trip we did enjoy the pool and hot tubs throughout the week, we had perfect weather...mid 70's to low 80's. No rain and no meltdowns were had by any of us! A truly magical vacation. It is a beautiful resort and I want to say a big THANKS!!! to
Teena and Dee, and everyone else for all their knowledge and help on this board.
