OMG, thank you ladies for making me laugh every morning!!! I needed that! :lmao:

I wonder if they will possibly utilize Ariel's during the "rehab" of CMB?? Especially since they use CMB for character breakfasts - and now there would be none for the BC group to easily go to.

Gosh darn it to heck but I forgot to hit the multi quote button!! :headache:
So please forgive me for not addressing everyone by screen name

Thanks for the Bing Map picture of the YC!!! Still trying to figure out what the other GV is for CL rooms besides the wedding gazebo...the rear courtyard area leading to the boat dock etc?

MM- you crack me up with the BWI mission! :rotfl: (as did the poster who suggested "borrowing" the phone books ;)) Seriously, we stayed there in November 2010 when a Deluxe CL room ended up being almost $150 a night cheaper than RPC. And this was when we discovered we really did prefer the EPCOT side of the World to the monorail side (even though our heart now firmly lies with the YC :cloud9:). The rooms are VERY pretty and the lounge staff was amazing (the desk staff was hit or miss). But I hated that the CL area was quite a walk from the elevators. I also hated sharing the bus with Swan and Dolphin (and sometimes YC and BC too). We would stay there again, but not CL and only with a rental car (and of, course, assuming YC or BC was unavailable!!). As for the clown slide, you really do get used to looking at it, plus it is a pretty fun slide!! But the pool is TINY in comparison to SAB and I can only imagine how crowded it must get in the summer months.

And speaking of CL perks, Dee, I am not sure you will EVER live down the pencil sharpening comment!! :rotfl::thumbsup2

As for people asking about what to suggest for SV rooms, if close to the lobby is most important, I would just leave it with that and not worry about floor levels. Sometimes the higher you go, the ickier the view, since you are above treetop level.

Bummer about Cape May going down in the summer (albeit after our trip). But I guess everything needs a spruce up at some point (such a shame they picked a busy season though). I have been trying to get a 8:05am at Crystal Palace since my 180th day and 8:20 is the earliest. It appears that they have only released the 8:05 and earlier time slots to parties of 8 or more :confused3 I am hopeful that will change as the trip gets closer. Otherwise this will be the quickest meal in history so we don't miss rope drop! (Fortunately, we are there solely for the puffed french toast and not the characters :rolleyes1)

Absolutely! Consider it done. :woohoo:

I am serious! That is what stuck with me. They sharpened my pencil!!!

When you are the one who is feeding the cats, cleaning the gerbil cage, picking up dirty socks, making appointments, managing everyone's schedule, blah blah blah, someone SHARPENING A PENCIL FOR ME is a big deal!

Sounds like "Mother overload" to me. :sad2:

People, we might have to do an intervention and stage a rescue mission....Whose in? :thumbsup2

PS. I'll bring the rope, the Tequilla and the chocolate. We'll need somebody to bring the limes, salt and the handcuffs.... Oh, and bacon... we always can use BACON!!!

You really make me laugh!!! I spend a lot of time on these boards, mostly lurking and reading, but still a lot of time. And I only have about 100 posts! I wonder how much time you would have to spend to have, like, 10,000+++ posts?

Can I be added the May list. We are staying at BCV from April 28 - May 8. We will be celebrating our 29th anniversary.

Hmmm... wonder how much?

(and I do have a FT job - on my lunch break right now - and a family of 4. I do not, however, have a clean house.)

I keep looking out the front window, but nobody has arrived with tequila, chocolate and bacon yet. If I don't answer at the first knock, I might be downstairs cleaning the basement or maybe organizing the Legos by color (yes, I actually do that).

You're gonna need more tequila!

Dee

Hey Natebenma!

Can you add us to the noodle swap and trip lists, pleeeease?

We'll be at BC CL June 5-12. I realize there's some overlap with the DISser prior to us (who is leaving on 6/8), but we probably won't use SAB until Saturday so it's all good.

Thanks again for all you do!

:goodvibes Now for the tequila....:rotfl:

Thanks. I've been away from the boards for a little bit. I usually check the boards while I'm at work but I've been busy. I'm going to be a grandma (sometime in March) have been planning my DD's baby shower. Any spare time I had is now spent planning for the shower.

organizing the Legos by color (yes, I actually do that).

Lol! I thought I was the only one to do things like that!! When my DD was little she had the Fisher Price Main Street and I used to count the number of little pieces of mail that went with it!!! I have a feeling everyone on this board is a little OCD!

Wow funny!

I'm home ... two hours ago. It was amazing. I sent (via my phone this morning) some pictures to MM. Hopefully she'll post them since you all know I don't know how to get something from the phone to here.

You'll all be proud of me. I wore Disney Cruise Line t-shirts every day!!!

We really enjoyed Celebrity and booked a 14 nighter for next January. However, it's not Disney!! Bob insists on doing something different once a year so that's why we go on Celebrity. There were only 21 kids on that huge ship!!

Hi there... I'm a newbie so please forgive me. Anyhow, I just realized that the Yacht Club does not have a quick service restaurant. When we stayed at the Contemporary years ago it was nice to run down and grab some breakfast (cereal and such) and bring it back to the room. Is there anywhere nearby that we can do this (even if it requires going to the swan or somewhere within walking distance)? I saw that the Beach Club has the Marketplace, will that suffice?
Thanks in advance!!
