Dannee tweeted it earlier. I don't think she's been on the DIS yet.. maybe she's a little busy & excited! Not that I don't understand that!!!

As far as I know, I'm full time, there wasn't any discussion of Part time on my call.

Has anyone heard from Amanda from NC or Amanda from GA?? I am hoping they are just too excited to post!!!

At the end of the phone interview, we were told that due to the incredible popularity of the panel online, they would be now offering part time 3-4 month contract positions, and would we be interested in that. (I told them I would be willing to do anything they wanted me for!!)

When I got the call today, I was asked if I would like to join them as a part time panel member. Of course I said yes! She said the specifics of the 'quarter' we will serve will be outlined later (I already forgot if she said it'd be in the paperwork or not). We will be answering questions during that 3-4 month time period, and there will be an opportunity to extend our time served. One mom let me know she was originally contracted for 6 months, and has been there for 2 years now, so I'm hopeful I'll be in that same position!

As far as the 'benefits', we will still be attending the same training in December. Rather than the vacation that the full-time panelists receive, we will be getting park hopper and Cirque du Soleil tickets. Honestly, from the time I heard about this 2 years ago, the vacation was the last thing on my mind. It would be amazing of course, but really, the training trip and meeting the other panelists and of course actually being ON the panel is what I was most looking forward to. I can't wait!!

I made it! I'm one of the part-timers, too. Zanna covered it pretty well...sounds like the part-timers will be rotating around quarterly to fill in spots. So during our quarter "on", we'll be doing the same "workload" as the full-time panelists. (Does that sound about right?)
