I did complain to Member Service mentioning that I think it's poor customer service to be so late in sending out the information, I got a response that seemed to put the onus on me.

I think this is really not very nice of them [I'll edit another word], especially considering the number of people here who haven't yet gotten it. And I'll bet there are also a large number of DVC members who also haven't gotten it, but since they don't read these boards or maybe even the member's website, they don't know to be expecting anything.

IMO the idea of sending NEW planners again is a big WASTE of money.
There could be a master 3 ring binder.
That way pages could be subtracted and new pages added.
Very simple process. Just number the pages.
If we can keep track of our points, use year, bank, borrow, ADR's etc.
we can replace pages in a binder.
