But your statement about attending a special dinner/show at The Adventurers Club on 9/24 caught my eye! Is that a private affair or an Adventurers Club-show & dinner? Sounds interesting. If not a private affair, could you point me to more details?

It is part of the Everest Adventurers Weekend sponsored by Lou Mongello et al. Unfortunately, it is sold out- but, they do have a wait list. If you're interested, I can PM you the link. The dinner and show are being held on the evening of 9/24. I got a ticket for the show only instead of the package because I already had a better room rate as an AP holder

Not exactly. It's a buffet dinner and show held in the library of the actual Adventurers Club. This is the very last weekend it will be open to this type of event. Many of the usual characters/CMs will be present. It should be a ton of fun!

You found the right site. WDW Radio is the event sponsor. A little further searching should get you to the site of the event coordinator (I can't post it on The Dis). From there you should be able to find the link for the waiting list.

DisneyDeeva-I totally forgot about PFTS on Saturday night. I haven't booked my airfare yet so I can still change my dates.
Beth-it looks like I'll definitely be there on Sunday for dinner and also for lunch if I decide to arrive on Saturday instead. I'll keep you all posted on my plans.

i've been trying to work on the adr list but not sure who is going to be at the motherland same time i am.

i went back and noticed a few coming in on satuday and sunday.


i'll post my tentative list and see what tweaking i need to do for it.

Hi All,

I will be checking into BWV on 10/3 - 10/7. I am bringing a friend along who is interested in the Food and Wine Festival (after hearing lots of good things from me) so we plan to spend lots of time at Epcot. We will not be park hopping this trip. I have the Tables in Wonderland card so will not be using the dining plan. I am still checking out the menus on the allears site trying to decide where to eat. Love to plan! Hoping to meet up at some time with the Fall Ladies group.

Are you only planning to go to Epcot on this trip? Or did you mean that you will only be doing one park per day? Since you're arriving on the 3rd, do you want to join us the the PFTS?
When is everyone planning to do MNSSHP? Beth, do you think Sunday or Tuesday would be better?
I'm going to cancel my Saratoga Springs reservation and I'm going to wait and see what hotel deals come out close to the date. Last year I got a good package at the Yacht Club and I would really like to stay there or at the beach club. I am also going to arrive on 10/3 so I can do PFTS.

Hi Pat,

Trying to keep the cost down for my friend so she is getting a ticket with no park hopping. I will have an annual pass. We are going to pass on the PFTS and MNSSHP but we will be going to Jellyrolls one evening.

Beth, I will post when we narrow down our choices for restaurants when it gets close to make our ADR's to see if anyone wants to join us.

My friend and I will doing this fall trip at a leisurely pace. I will be going back at Christmas time and staying at BWV with my family.

i'm thinking last year is was well over $100 when the group went to it.

It's good to hear from you. If I remember correctly, our trips last year didn't overlap. We would love to have you join us for PFTS. (And that goes for anyone else who would like to come along!-we are a very friendly and inclusive group) We had a really good time last year.
Beth, I don't remember the exact price but I'm sure that it was more than $100.

Is this still the official thread for Third Annual Fall Ladies trip?

Sorry I've been MIA - time seems to evaporate these days. Have been trying to find a friend to come along or at least a roomie to make the trip more affordable, but with the economy no one feels it's possible.

Still hoping to make it though - maybe renting points so will not have to do another POP stay - would love a balcony. Rec'd a pin code for 40% off, but darn, it was in someone else's name and Disney will not let me use it b/c it is an email pin code. Oh, well...them's the breaks.

What's the latest plans? Am I too late to join in some ADR's?
