I haven't even thought about window decorations! We usually stay off-site. The last (and only) time I stayed on-site I saw decorated windows and thought those people must be really weird. Now, I hope to be one of "them"!

My only concern with window decorations is that Disers might knock on my door when I'm still in my jammies, or in some state of unready-ness.

I also just found a thread where people are greatly offended by any window decorations, saying they make the resorts look "ghetto". Some people really need to loosen up!

I almost bought some new stuff to decorate our window yesterday. I am quite low key but like to put some lights and usually a fluffy something or other. I knew I should have bought it, I was being cheap!

I'll have to have something so when you'll walk by you know it is our room and feel free to knock! I love my pj's and don't really care if I still have them on! LOL!

That makes me want to decorate my window! However in POR Alligator Bayau, I doubt anyone will even see my window! Not a lot of foot traffic goes past the window. Maybe something for the door though, then the kids can find the right room!

We are staying the 7th-9th at Wilderness Lodge. I am hoping to go to the MK one night because we have never seen Wishes. We usually stay at the Beach Club and do the backdoor Epcot thing and see Illuminations. So if anyone wants to go to MK Saturday night with us, we would welcome the company!

I am going to MK all day on Sat. Going to Ohana's for dinner around 4:30 pm. Should be back by 6 or 6:30 pm to watch parade and wishes (for the first time!!!!! ) We should make a meeting place or exchange cell phone numbers when we get closer to the date.

Now seriously.....how could you miss this thread....Karen and I posted two or three times about it in big bold letters

We're staying at Pop from 2/3-2/10 (leaving in the morning)

We have almost no plans!!! We have an ADR for lunch at Crystal Palace on the 4th, and that's it! So, we'll do MK on the 4th.

We're going to DTD on the evening of the 7th.

We plan to spend the 8th at Epcot and then meet up with you guys at ESPN.

Who else is doing Epcot on the 8th?

I am going to Epcot all day on Sun 8th. We are doing FW until 11 am and then the WS until dinner (at Le Cellier at 5 pm). Then I was going to meet you all over at ESPN club. We will have to exchange cell phone numbers too!!!!

I haven't sewn anything for myself, either! I keep thinking "When I lose 20lbs, I'll make something for myself." Unfortunately, that has not happened. (she says as she sits here with a bag of chocolate chip cookies)

Well, see, that is the thing...I am "supposed to be on a diet" and so what looks cute in my mind is not turning out so cute on the body...




I am most definitely a dork! But, I haven't made anything for myself yet. I still have my iron-on Minnie dot head shirt and my "Heather" shirt with "Do you Dis?" on the back. I'll be wearing both of those again this trip, if I still fit into them.

Sorry I somehow figured you knew about it but were busy hanging out with Steph and the gang! I guess I should've figured it out when you didn't show up after they went home. Sorry you are sick now Heather! I was sick for a few days but fortunately it never got very bad! I hope it goes away fast! I fully planned to make myself a minnie dot peasant top if I lost enough weight before the trip, but even on my mad diet now I'm not going to make it! At this point a peasant top would look like a maternity top.

I also got some red Christmas lights marked down to 60 cents, so we will put those up too. Along with some Cricut cut things too.

I have organized one for DL so happy to organize the photopass. If enough of us go in we might need a couple. It is hard to have alot at WDW because of so many pictures and the editing slows down the more you have.

I read a month or so ago about the window thing. I am not sure if there is one more current or not. We have always stuck to pretty normal decor, not much to it and never had an issue. We only turn the lights on if we are in the room and have always gently taped everything up to the window or sill (they are metal) with scotch tape.

hi all...just found this thread and wanted to say hello...not sure if i can make it to ESPNs for the meet and greet. due to chef mickeys that night. but myself and my kids will be at the WORLD from feb 2-9th stayin at pop century. will have door/window decorated and my double stroller "pimped" out with mickey head fabric pieces and my "meet the fockers" lanyards. so if u see me say hello.

T is fine. She popped in on the big give board for literally about 5 seconds the other day. She was making a couple of outfits and letting us know she was still alive (and I assume good, she'll normally tell us when she isn't).
